Tonight is the night! Gossip Girl celebrates its 100th episode with a royal wedding – Blair (Leighton Meester) is set to marry the Louis (Hugo Becker), but will she actually go through with it? How will Blair respond when she is forced to make the most important decision of her life? [sneak peek photos/videos below].

First things first. What could possibly get in the way of Blair and Louis’ dream wedding? There’s Chuck (Ed Westwick), Dan (Penn Badgley) and Nat (Chace Crawford), who still thinks he should have been the one marrying Blair. And, of course Georgina (Michelle Trachtenberg) is back, wants revenge and is more than ready to crash the wedding as a naughty altar girl.

Plus, what will happen when Blair finds out that her Prince didn’t write the vows, but one of his groomsmen, Dan, did!? Blair will not be happy. Could that lie end what is supposed to be the best day of her life? The wedding has all the ingredients for a scandalous disaster. Blair, the runaway bride? Yes, please!

Will Blair be running right back into Dan’s arms? Heck, I hope not. “Chair” (Chuck + Blair) are not over, executive producer Josh Safran teased. Chuck and Blair are meant to be together. They are both so wrong that they are right for each other. Perhaps, Blair will have some sort of epiphany and realize Chuck is the man of her life.

Meanwhile, Serena (Blake Lively) still has feeling for her now fake boyfriend, Dan. Drama. Lots of drama, romance and scandal. Now seriously? I’m officially jealous of Blair’s love life – three gorgeous men at her feet and all she has to do is make the right decision.

The special 100th episode of Gossip Girl will open with a fantastic musical number in dream sequence with Serena as Marilyn Monroe and Blair channeling Audrey Hepburn, while Dan has to choose between one of them. No, you’re not seeing double, but brunette beauties Leighton Meester and Minka Kelly might as well be Hollywood’s latest version of the Doublemint twins!

Because of their shockingly similar looks, you’d think these two would be at each other’s throats competing for roles, but according to sources, the Gossip Girl star and her clone have been BBFs since they met filming commercials for Clearasil years ago.

Like either one of them has ever had a zit in their life…

Derek Jeter may be able to tell the difference, but I can’t help but think that these two might have been… SEPARATED AT BIRTH!!!

Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester was filming on the streets of the Big Apple last night, strutting her stuff in a GORGEOUS wedding gown sans her husband-to-be, Louis Grimaldi!  Could Blair Waldorf actually be running out on her fairytale prince (and baby daddy!) and all the riches she could ever imagine??

On this Monday’s all new episode of Gossip Girl, Blair Waldorf (Leighton Messter) tries to make herself feel like more than a princess than she already is by conducting a “Bridesmaid Bootcamp” to find out who has what it takes to hold her wedding dress up while she pees.

Which of her many “minions” will she choose?  Will Prince Louis Grimaldi (Hugo Becker) change his mind about wanting to be a father?  Does Blair’s baby bump ever get any bigger?  What kind of wedding cake will they choose?  And most importantly, who’s going to catch the bouquet!?

The beautiful Gossip Girl actress, Leighton Meester, rocked black leather pants and a see-through pale pink top for the official launch of Vera Wang’s new fragrance “Lovestruck” at Harrods in London, England on Thursday (June 9)- more pictures below.

Just last week, a super romantic ad and TV commercial for Lovestruck featuring Leighton was released (watch video here). The fragrance is supposed to be fresh, delicate and sweet… sickly romantic!

Leighton Meester flashed some serious silver on the red carpet of the 2011 MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles.

The Gossip Girl star opted for a Balmain dress that was heavy on the metal embellishments with every inch covered by anything you can think of – beads, mirrors, crystals and all sorts of studs. I love this on her. She looks incredible.

Unfortunately, as great as she looked, it didn’t translate into a Golden Popcorn win for the 25 year-old. Meester was up for Best Villain for her role in The Roommate but perpetual favorite, Tom Felton took the prize for his role as Draco Malfoy in Harry Potter.

She did get to present with her Monte Carlo costars. Meester, Katie Cassidy and Selena Gomez introduced Lupe Fiasco to the crowd that evening.

Selena Gomez looks understated and gorgeous for the 2011 MTV Movie Awards at Universal Studios’ Gibson Amphitheater in Los Angeles on Sunday night.

The Who Says singer slipped into a Giambattista Valli skirt and top that perfectly suits the young star. The top was cropped with a light blue design and the two tone skirt had a subtle nude wrap around the hips that kept the look from being too white.

Gomez and her Monte Carlo costars Leighton Meester and Katie Cassidy introduced Lupe Fiasco‘s performance for the show.

Their movie will open July 1st.

Leighton Meester is the new face of Vera Wang‘s third fragrance, Lovestruck and the new commercial has a romantic, Romeo and Juliet feel to it.

The Gossip Girl fidgets on a New York City balcony while a very hot guy, who is so enchanted with her, climbs the fire escape to reach her, bringing her a bouquet of flowers that happen to match her dress perfectly!

Her tousled hair and plum colored mermaid style dress are fairy tale worthy and in the end, the two share a very romantic embrace as the flowers tumble to the ground. Radiant Leighton!
