Consummate Hollywood troublemaker Lindsay Lohan was rushed to the hospital last night with what sources are claiming was a lung infection.  Apparently, the Liz & Dick star has been suffering from a case of walking pneumonia, which insiders say is most likely the cause of the infection.

But while this over-blown case of the sniffles has landed LiLo in a hospital bed, it hasn’t seemed to slow down her partying ways.  The 26-year-old actress was seen getting after it at several L.A. nightclubs over the past week and has apparently let her social life get in the way of yet another movie role.

Sources from the set of Scary Movie 5 are saying that Lindsay’s out of control antics have her costars worried about her dedication to the project.

Lindsay missed every meeting she had for the film, including script reads and wardrobe meetings… Then she missed her flight to Atlanta on Sunday to shoot the movie. The producers had been getting signs Friday that she was a mess, and would not be fit to work.

If you’re being called “not fit to work” on Scary Movie 5 - well, there’s just no coming back from that.

Troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan, who fell ill on the set of her Lifetime original movie Liz & Dick last week, is back in the news again today, after the ’911′ call to emergency services was leaked to the public.

According to sources, ‘Ben’, the nurse on the set of Lohan’s latest film, made the call to paramedics saying, ”It’s a Code 3,”, which indicates a “life-threat reponse.”

Sounds a heck of a lot more serious than the Tweet Lilo issued the day after the incident!

Note to self.. After working 85hours in 4days, and being up all night shooting, be very aware that you might pass out from exhaustion & 7 paramedics MIGHT show up @ your door…. Hopefully theyre cute. Otherwise it would be a real let down.

24-year-old Liz & Dick star, Lindsay Lohan was found unresponsive in her Marina del Rey hotel room yesterday.  Steve Honig, a rep for the actress, assured fans that the troubled starlet was treated by paramedics and intended to return to the set of her Lifetime Original Movies by late afternoon.

While a rep’s word is all well and good, rumors about Lindsay’s condition continued to swirl until earlier today, when Lilo herself took to her Twitter account to assure fans that the whole incident had been blown way out of proportion.

85 hours in four days?  Jeez!  No wonder she passed the heck out!

Actress Lindsay Lohan and her assistant were rushed to a Santa Monica hospital today earlier today, after they were involved in a car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway in L.A.

According to a rep for the 25-year-old Liz & Dick star,

Lindsay was involved in an automobile accident today on her way to the [‘Liz & Dick’] set… She was brought to Santa Monica UCLA hospital as a precaution… She is fine and was released less than two hours later and is already headed back to the set to resume work…

Apparently, Lindsay was behind the wheel of her band new Porche (must be nice…), when it collided with the rear of an 18-wheeler.  Lindsay’s rep also confirmed that none of the parties involved in the collision were seriously injured.

We’re glad to hear that Lilo walked away from this major fender bender unscathed!
