Liz & Dick star Lindsay Lohan is doing all she can to try and convince fans (and the L.A. court system) that she is going to change her foolish ways.  Reports reveal that the 26-year-old star, whose probation was recently revoked, has decided to cut ties with a few pals who she believes are a bad influence.

According to a source close to the actress,

She hasn’t been texting and calling back some of the people who she just parties with.

Some?  She’s not calling some of her partying pals back?  Wow.  Color us impressed.

The source added,

She is realizing there are people in her life who are bad influences, who think it’s funny when she wants to fill water bottles with alcohol and go out, or stay out all night at nightclubs in New York and look sloppy in photos. These aren’t her real friends.

SHOCKER!

Listen Linds, if you really are trying to make a change for the better, we’re all about it.  We’re just getting a little tired of this same old song and dance.  Either cut ties with these people or get ready to spend the first 8-10 months of 2013 behind bars!

And we are NOT talking about her hair.  Because we know that’s what you were thinking.  And yes, we CAN read your mind…

Troubled (and that’s putting it more than nicely) starlet Lindsay Lohan reportedly owes $233,904 to the federal government and an additional $16,000 to the storage company that holds all of her designer clothing and various other prized possessions.  $16,000 for a storage unit?

Ever hear of an attic Lindsay?

According to reports, the storage company told the Liz & Dick star that she would have no access to her possessions until she pays her debt – and here’s the real kicker: If the 26-year-old actress fails to pony up the dough, all of her stuff will be put up for auction next month!

And then be seized by the L.A. Courts as evidence…

Just kidding, but yeah, something like that will probably happen.

Say whaaaaaat!?

During Lindsay Lohan’s arraignment hearing this morning (which she did not bother to show up for…), Judge Jane Godfrey announced that the 26-year-old actress’ probation had been REVOKED!

Lilo, who was arrested for pilfering jewelry last year, could potentially be heading for some substantial time in the slammer if she doesn’t get her act together soon.  Sources report that the Liz & Dick star could spend up to 8 months in jail (possibly more if she’s convicted is convicted in her June car accident case.)

So, after all the arrests and  partying and broken promises, we’ve got just one question:

How the heck do her attorneys keep up with all these charges?  Our heads are spinning just reading them all!

A probation violation hearing has been scheduled for January 15th and at that time, the court will announce whether or not Lindsay officially violated her probation and decide if any jail time is warranted.

After being arrested Wednesday night for allegedly punching a woman in the face, Lindsay Lohan is attempting to avoid some serious jail time by heading to rehab for up to six months.

Sounds like a good plan LiLo.  We think you could really benefit from some serious R&R far, far away from the bright lights of Hollywood.

According to sources,

Lindsay’s manager and agent have been telling her for months that she must go to rehab to save her life… Until now she has resisted, but after her arrest this morning she realizes she needs help.

It’s very likely that Lindsay won’t fight the probation violation charges and throw herself at the mercy of the court and hopes to avoid jail time by going to rehab for at least six months.

The sources also added that the Liz & Dick star could face up to 237 days behind bars due to her string of parole violations, however the actress serving that entire length of time is pretty unlikely.

Because of jail overcrowding in Los Angeles though she would only serve 25 percent of that time… The City Attorney will ask the judge to max Lindsay out and send her to jail.

We think that the best course of action would be for Lindsay to spend the next six months in a rehab facility and hopefully get herself back on track.

After her latest movie (and we are using the word “movie” very loosely here) Liz & Dick was panned by viewers and critics alike, troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan is looking to do anything to revitalize her career.  And we do mean anything.

Even make the transition to – gasp - television!

According to sources, after a string of run-ins with the law and failed film projects, the 24-year-old redhead is looking to get her own TV sitcom to help win back fans,

Lindsay has asked her manager and agent to look into getting her own television sitcom… Lindsay feels that the small screen would be a great way for her to revitalize her acting career and that a comedy would be the best bet.

Lindsay feels most comfortable doing comedy and it was Charlie Sheen that told her she should do it. Charlie told Lindsay that it was an easy way to make very good money and help her to get her movie career back on track.

She is loving the idea of having her own sitcom and would love to play someone in a story based on her crazy life.

We’re happy to see that Lindsay appears to want to sing for her supper and not just hire a crew of reality show cameras to follow her around a la the Kardashian crew.  Who knows, maybe a sitcom is exactly what LiLo needs to get her life back on track!

Police were summoned to Lindsay Lohan’s Hollywood home yesterday afternoon when her father, Michael Lohan, attempted to stage an intervention.

According to reports, the 25-year-old actress did not show up to post-production work on her new film The Canyons, leading her father to assume that she had fallen off the wagon again.  Apparently, when Michael showed up at Lilo’s house, a man claiming to be his daughter’s BF, told him to leave the property and the police were called.

A source close to the family revealed,

Lindsay doesn’t want her dad anywhere near her right now… And Michael’s always trying to put himself in the middle of whatever is going on in her life. He’s been worried about her ever since the fight she had with Dina last week.

Something tell us that if someone is going to get through to Lindsay, it’s not going to be her rehab dropout of a father…

Is it still cool to say, “DUH!”?

Friends of Hollywood bad girl Lindsay Lohan are claiming that the 26-year-old should not be held accountable for her actions.  Specifically for accusing Christian LaBella of assaulting her at the W Hotel.

According to LiLo’s pal Claus Hjelmbak,

It’s not because of health issues. She’s not in a good place, because people around her keep throwing her under the bus. Lindsay is a sweet girl and is very open and nice when people come over and talk. In this case, she thought it was somebody her friends know.

Hjelmbek is of course, referring to the fact that LaBella shocked Lindsay by taking photos of her with his cell phone during a private party, which understandably upset the Liz & Dick star.

She was visibly shaken already at that point. She was shocked. At that moment, you feel betrayed when you are in a private space and you realize someone has documented the entire night on the phone. Look at her art. And stop focusing so much on her private life. That would be a big help to her getting back to a really good place.

Good point.  However, maybe if Lindsay took a step back from the L.A. party scene for just a few minutes, there wouldn’t be anything to “document” – if you catch our drift!

Either way, this LaBella character is a boob and should have his cell phone privileges revoked!

After her numerous run-ins with the law of late, former Nickelodeon sweetheart Amanda Bynes is choosing her company a little more carefully.  According to insiders, the 26-year-old actress did her best to stay away from fellow cop-magnet Lindsay Lohan during a recent trip to New York City.

Amanda had contemplated staying at the Dream Hotel, but when she was told that Lindsay had been hanging out there, and it had been the scene of her most recent arrest, she crossed it off her list and is instead staying with some friends…

Apparently, Bynes was pretty upset by a Tweet Lilo posted regarding her recent arrests, which read:

Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far? +

These are the moments that I appreciate my life experiences, living without regrets and Disney for supporting me as an actress-night all*

Um, Lindsay?  You got put in jail because you are an absolute train wreck and we’re sure Amanda won’t be far behind if she keeps up with these kind of antics.  Wow, how old did we just sound there… 83, 84?

For her part, Bynes says that her missteps are a far cry from Lindsay’s patterns of erratic behavior.  A source close to the star revealed,

Amanda knows the press would go into a feeding frenzy if she and Lindsay were in the same place, so she is calling ahead to restaurants and stores to make sure that Lindsay isn’t there… Amanda just wants nothing to do with Lindsay and doesn’t know why she was commenting on her legal troubles when Lindsay is no saint herself.

Sources confirm that Amanda plans to relocate to the Big Apple permanently, to begin a full-time career as a fashion designer and we wish her the best of luck.  Just try and steer clear of smoking joints in Mexican restaurant parking lots – we hear the NYPD frown on that…

O.M.G. this has to be some kind of a joke right?

Sadly, no.  Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan was involved in yet another fender bender in L.A. Tuesday – and yes, it did involve a wildly expensive car.

According to reports, Lohan was driving the same Porsche Panamera that she was driving when she was involved in an accident back in June.  The 26-year-old actress reportedly hit a silver Ford Mustang that was idling at a stoplight on Sunset Boulevard.

Apparently, LiLo had been shopping at Chanel in Beverly Hills and was headed to the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood when she struck the other vehicle.

Photographers who were on the scene reported that,

Lindsay was not driving dangerously — it was merely a minor accident in bumper-to-bumper rush hour traffic in the Sunset Plaza neighborhood.

Yeah, but um – she still hit a car that wasn’t moving!  For the love of Pete, somebody take this girl’s license!

It turns out, Liz & Dick star Lindsay Lohan wasn’t exactly telling the truth after a recent car crash involving an 18-wheeler.

We’re sorry, but is anyone, like, actually surprised by this?

According to reports, Lilo told friends that the brakes of her rented Porsche went out when she tried to avoid a tractor trailer that cut in front of her.

She slammed on the brakes when the truck allegedly cut her off…

A rented Porsche?  Really Lindsay?  You couldn’t just drive a a Ford Focus for a few days, like everyone else?

After hearing the starlet’s allegations against their product, Porsche contacted the rental agency Lindsay used and asked them to test what was left of the car she was driving – and here’s the real shocker – the brakes passed with flying colors!

Sources reported that, due to contractual obligations, Lindsay was not supposed to be behind the wheel of any vehicle during the filming of her new biopic about the life of film superstar, Elizabeth Taylor.  Film execs believed that an accident like this one, could’ve prevented her from finishing the film.

Could this have been the reason for Lilo’s fabrication of the truth?  It’s tough to say – all we do know is that the 26-year-old actress is banned from driving for the remainder of filming.

So let this be a lesson to us all – lying gets you… a million dollar movie contract.
