Troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 30 days in jail by Judge Stephanie Sautner earlier today, but sources close to the courtroom say that Lohan will most likely be out of the slammer in a matter of minutes due to overcrowding issues.

Oh right, and she doesn’t have to report to prison until she’s done with her Playboy spread – just in case you were worried about her having enough time to complete that.

Lohan was also put on an extremely rigid probation schedule that details exactly how she must complete the rest of her court mandated community service and therapy.

By December 14, she must have completed 12 days at the morgue and 4 psychotherapy sessions.  By January 17, another 12 days at morgue and 4 psychotherapy sessions…

If she fails to follow the court’s orders and complete all her probation requirements by March 29th, she will be forced to spend an additional 270 days in jail.

Yeah right.

Playboy’s newest pinup girl, Lindsay Lohan, attended a shin dig at Hugh Hefner’s mansion last night to celebrate the Halloween weekend.

LiLo showed up dressed as a french maid (we’re sure glad Nicki Minaj wasn’t in attendance…) and partied the night away with, among other celebs, Hugh Hefner’s brother.  And yes, he’s also really old and really gross.

Ironically, this weekend was the first time in a while that Lindsay has not been surrounded by corpses.

She may spend her days toiling away at the L.A. Coroner’s Office, but that hasn’t made Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan any less sexy — or has it?

According to reports, the 25-year-old actress was offered close to $1 million to pose for Playboy Magazine and not only did the classy little gal accept, she threw caution to the wind and told Mr. Hugh Hefner himself that she was going to bare it all – like literally, IT ALL.

Lohan wrapped her four-day shoot yesterday (Um, is it written into L.A. law somewhere that you can put your court mandated community service on hold if you have business at the Playboy Mansion?) and a source close to the trainwreck -er- actress says that while Lindsay did insist the spread be “tastefully done” she definitely wasn’t trying to hide anything!

So what did Gossip Teen fans have to say about LiLo stripping down past her skivvies?

Can things get any worse for Lindsay Lohan?  First her probation is revoked, then she’s told that none of her hours working for the American Red Cross count towards her mandated community services hours and now she can’t even have cupcakes on the job!?

What’s next!?

According to sources, a delivery man from L.A’s Magnolia Bakery showed up at the L.A. County Coroner’s Office with 36 cupcakes for Lindsay and her “friends” at the morgue.  The cupcakes were promptly turned away by Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter who said of the delivery, “It’s unacceptable. We’re not here to accept food,” and added that there are not 36 parolees in Ms. Lohan’s program and that some of the goodies must have been meant for the coroner’s staff.

Sounds like someone is trying to butter up her bosses…

Troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan was handcuffed and led from an L.A. superior courtroom today after Judge Stephanie Saunter announced that the 25-year-old had violated her probation by being booted from her community service detail at the Downtown Women’s Center.

Oh my gosh, never have I ever been so surprised about anything in my whole life… (Please note the sarcasm here.)

Judge Saunter, who set Lohan’s bail at $100,000, apparently has had enough of Lohan getting preferential treatment from the courts and ordered that none of the actress’ time spent volunteering at the American Red Cross after leaving her DWC detail could count towards her mandated community service hours.  The clearly agitated judge went on to add,

No one has the power to change my sentence… Not the volunteer center and not probation. She is not getting credit for any time at the American Red Cross.

You go Judge!

A rep for Lohan told E! News that,

Lindsay is hoping this matter will be resolved on Nov. 2 and the Court will reinstate probation and allow her to continue fulfilling her community service.

Until that time, Lindsay’s probation has been revoked and the former Disney sweetheart could be looking at some pretty serious time in the slammer.

The 25 year-old from Savannah, Georgia expressed her desire to keep her life private because it can affect your ability to work.

“It’s really sad looking at people like Lindsay Lohan. She’s an amazing actress, but you see what happens when people know too much about your personal life,” the Glee actress shared.

“They start not being able to look at you the same way professionally. I don’t want that to happen to me.”

Well, DUIs and stealing things don’t help either.

Agron, who’s messy public split from actor Alex Pettyfer is behind her now, is currently rumored to be keeping company with Sebastian Stan.

Agron, who grew up in hotels across the country, is busting out of the hit TV show with a role in the talked about I Am Number Four teen sci-fi adventure movie (oh and she met current boyfriend Alex Pettyfer on set.)

“I’m likening it to Rebel Without a Cause,” Agron explained. “With supernatural elements. And aliens.” Having had the opportunity to perform chase scenes and jump off buildings, she’s ready to add other weapons to her pom-pom arsenal. “I want to be badass,” she cracked.

Agron returns as Glee’s cheerleader/mommy! Quinn Fabray on September 21st. She goes for big screen glory when Four debuts on February 18, 2011.

Actress Lindsay Lohan continues to use her Twitter account to do her dirty laundry in public. This time she used it to attack her irresponsible father, Michael Lohan, who recently confessed to fear his daughter’s death due to her problems with prescribed drugs abuse.

Lindsay responded via Twitter, “My father is a lunatic and doesn’t even deserve such a title since he’s never been around in my life other than when he’d threaten me and my family.”

Lindsay should be punished for Twitter abuse because this is something that should be solved at home and not in public. Conversations/discussions/fights with family members or her lesbian lover Samantha Ronson should happen in private! It’s intimate, the whole world doesn’t need to know! No one wins! Ali Lohan and big sister Lindsay Lohan are enjoying the sun and hot weather in Maui, Hawaii. Ali is helping out her sister recover from a nasty breakup with her longtime girlfriend Samantha Ronson. The Lohan sisters seemed to be having a lot of fun playing in the water and they look great in their super tiny bikinis.

Although graduation has moved the familiar cast of High School Musical on, Disney will bring back the beloved series for tv in 2010. Minus Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Corbin Bleu and all the rest, a new cast will dance and sing for the East High Wildcats and West High Knights.

“The High School Musical trilogy introduced a new generation to the celebrated genre of movie musicals. In crafting this next iteration, we’ve challenged the entire creative team to raise the bar again — and create something truly worthy of this extraordinary global phenomenon,” Gary Marsh, president of Disney Channels Worldwide, said in a statement.

It will be interesting to see what Disney does come up with and who they cast. One thing Disney does very well is take unknown kids and teens and turn them into stars (Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, Lindsay Lohan, The Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, Zac Efron, Hilary Duff, Christina Aguilera etc…)
