Miley Cyrus sports a sleek new bob and a grown up style for Prestige magazine.

The 18 year-old singer has spent the summer touring and has been fairly quiet and out of the spotlight but she’s ready to set the record straight about her bad girl image.

“People have very mixed opinions on me,” said Cyrus. “I’m a great model, or I’m completely inappropriate for anyone under 13 and I’m very controversial. I don’t know how I became this.”

“I’m not some crazy lady who’s gone off the deep end,” she continues, “because I definitely haven’t. Every 18-year-old explores sexuality and experiments and tries things. For me, there’s no reason to change that.”

Cyrus also says she wants to take on more comedic roles on film, but not too sugary – she likes her humor darker.

“I’ve got kind of a weird, dark sense of humor, really dry humor, so I would love to do more comedies. But not the comedies that people have seen me in. There’s a comedy that I’m working on now and it’s something a little darker.”

Harry Potter star Emma Watson is the cover girl of the forthcoming August 2011 issue of Seventeen Magazine (check photo shoot + behind the scenes video below). Emma is a super cute artsy girl who is just trying to figure out what path she wants to take after the end of her Harry Potter experience.

The 21 year-old actress finally confessed she had a huge crush on her co-star Tom Felton, who plays Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter franchise. Really? Draco was Emma’s first crush? What about Harry? Bad boys are more fun!

On celebrity crushes: “I’ve never understood having crushes on people who you don’t know in real life. I only crush on people I meet. I mean, I can appreciate that someone is good-looking, obviously, but I don’t intend to fantasize about people I don’t know!”

On Draco Malfoy: “For the first two movies, I had a huge crush on Tom Felton. He was my first crush. He totally knows. We talked about it – we still laugh about it. We are really good friends now, and that’s cool.”

On art: “If I hadn’t done Harry Potter, I would have gone and done years of art. I really do love it, and I’d love to write.”

Actress Emma Stone looks extra glam in cute little red and white striped bikini in a pin-up pose on the cover of the upcoming issue of Vanity Fair Magazine (August 2011). Emma confessed she hit “rock bottom” in her life when she lost the role of the “Heroes” cheerleader to Hayden Panettiere.

“I could hear that, in the other room, a girl had just gone in and they were saying, ‘You are our pick … On a scale of 1 to 10 you’re an 11,” Emma said she heard, before Hayden Panettiere—who ended up with the role of Claire Bennet—walked out of the audition room.

“I went home and just had this meltdown,” she said.

In the interview, the 22 year-old hottie talks about her bad vices, dating life and dropping out of high school. Emma does not reveal whether she is single or not, but, surprisingly, admits she does usually wear a one-piece swimsuit. Here are some highlights:

On her “vices”, she jokes, “That’s pretty much it, the heroin, the sugar, and the wine—nothing too crazy.”

On talking about her dating life: “Talking about this stuff is pretty new,” Stone, who won’t say if she is single or not, says of being asked by the press about her personal life. The actress concludes that “the only solution I’ve come to when it comes to things like that—the health of my family or dating, really personal things—is not to talk about it.”

On dropping out of high school: “I did Superbad in what would’ve been my senior year. I was playing a senior, and had I graduated I would’ve missed that opportunity, and had I missed that opportunity I wouldn’t be here right now.”

On not being recognized as easily in public with her new look: “I mean, I haven’t been around very long. I can’t expect everyone to have seen The House Bunny. Oh God. I am having such waves of internal embarrassment, which now I’m admitting on a tape recorder. This is so one of the things I should keep in my head.”

On having braces and wearing glasses while growing up: “And I sucked my thumb until I was 11, so I had this expander in. I was a good-looking kid. I never felt, like, dorky. I was just like, ‘Yup, these are my braces. I’ve had them forever.’”

On her career: “It’s so funny how different life could have been. I went to so many auditions. I remember my audition for Heroes. I went in right after Hayden Panettiere. Now here we are in this rented house. It feels like it just happened.”

On wanting to be believable in her roles: “I like to look like a person. It drives me crazy when you see women in movies playing teachers, and they have biceps. It totally takes me out of the movie. I start thinking, Wow, that actress playing this part really looks great!”

Country star Taylor Swift looks fantastic in a gorgeous summer dress on the cover of the latest issue of USA Weekend Magazine (June 3 – 5, 2011). Taylor reveals it really isn’t that much fun being famous and away from her familiar surroundings and people she loves.

Ironically (Joe Jonas just released “See No More”), the 21 year-old singer explains how putting her most private thoughts/experiences into her lyrics have affected her. Taylor should hold back a little, but she is a hopelessly romantic girl, who still believes in love at first sight.

Here are some highlights from Taylor Swift’s USA Weekend interview:

On being famous: “I sit on my couch under a giant quilt and watch Friends. My 10-disc DVD set has made me feel at home in places I had never been before. Halfway across the world, I put in Friends, and I am suddenly more at home.”

On her revealing lyrics: “If something has affected me deeply, I’m going to write about it. I don’t put much of a filter on. I’ve written songs that were just anger rants. I don’t usually play them for anyone, but it’s nice to write them and rhyme that person’s name with literally every horrible thing you can think of.”

On love at first sight: “For some reason, when you are with some people, you’d rather be closer to them than further away. You want to know everything about them. This crazy, immeasurable, intangible, magical chemistry happens with certain people. When you have that, you have to know how rare it is. If you let it slip away, it’s such a shame.”

On Twitter: “People ask me why I don’t tweet. Honestly, I’m so sick of myself.”

On being her own stylist: “I think I became my own stylist by not knowing any better. And once I was told it was time to get one, I thought: This is one of my favorite hobbies! And I’m going to pay someone to steal my hobby from me? That’s a terrible idea!”

On dressing up: “I like it to be easy. I don’t feel like I have to do so much with hair and makeup, because I’m the mannequin for these beautiful clothes, so I never want to do anything too distracting. Most of the time, I put my hair in a ballerina bun, and I take it down and it’s wavy, and then I leave. I feel shy when people are fussing on me. And my diet of choice before events is a chicken potpie from Tea & Sympathy, because they never have enough food at these things.”

On breakups: “Every relationship you have, you’re learning and growing and taking something from that. So for me, it’s never been too dramatic of a thing when something ends.”

“Scream 4” star Hayden Panettiere glams up for the photo shoot and cover of the latest issue of Vegas Magazine (May 2011). The 21 year-old actress, who recently offered TMI about her relationship with boxer boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko (35), doesn’t want to be a teen anymore.

Hayden feels like she is a grown up and too mature to keep playing the emotional and the hormonal unstable teens roles. She is only 21! And dating an older and bigger guy doesn’t exactly mean she is ready for more challenging adult roles.

Hayden told Vegas, “I’m getting to the age where I don’t want to play high school anymore. I feel like I’m finally getting to that place where I can play those in-their-early-20s roles, which are the ones you can really sink your teeth into. I still have to get over that hump of being seen as the cheerleader – and as very, very, young.”

On her Scream 4 character: “She’s kind of dry. She’s got that sarcastic edge to her, but underneath she’s this horror-movie buff, which you don’t expect. She’s cool; she’s a cool character. On bonding with Neve Campbell on the set: “It was like summer camp. Neve [Campbell] had this cottage that she rented, and she would invite everyone over. We’d spend the weekend there all together and barbecue, that kind of stuff.”

On turning 21 in Vegas: “My friends are definitely stoked to exercise my right in Vegas. I love the feeling of Vegas, like you just walk into a wall of fun.”

Actress Heather Morris, who is best known for playing cheerleader Brittany S. Pierce in the FOX hit show “GLEE”, proudly shows off her incredibly toned and hot body in a bikini on the cover of the forthcoming issue of Women’s Health Magazine (June 2011).

The 24 year-old began her acting career with a very small role on “Glee”, but she had a major breakthrough with the special “Britney/Brittany” episode dedicated to the pop princess and quickly became one of the silliest and funniest characters on the show.

In the interview, Heather talks about Glee, her co-stars, her boyfriend’s jealousy about her on-screen kisses and how she keeps in shape. Heather says the secret is to eat what you want and exercise a lot. Here are some highlights:

On her ‘Glee’ character, Brittany: “I’m exactly like Brittany – I love to dance, I like to have fun. I want to make everybody laugh.”

On her future: “In ten years I see myself married and I want to do a film; maybe play a completely different character than I play on Glee. I really hope I have a future in comedy; it’s the most fun.”

On what her boyfriend thinks of her on-screen kissing scenes: “He just doesn’t like watching me kiss other people. It doesn’t matter if it’s Artie [Kevin McHale] or Santana [Naya Rivera]”

On why she loves working on ‘Glee’: “I don’t want to be famous; I’m doing this because I want to perform.

On the ‘Glee’ castmates she’s closest with: “The more storylines I have with certain characters the closer I get with them. I got a lot closer with Kevin [who plays Artie] recently because we have a lot of scenes together; and Jenna [who plays Tina] also.”

On staying fit: “The secret behind my fabulous legs? Eat a lot of goldfish! Do whatever you like to do, eat how you want to eat but just make sure you stay [active]. I take a lot of exercise cardio classes; I do tons of squats.”

“Breaking Dawn” gets a special double cover for the upcoming issue of Entertainment Weekly with the Twilight trinity. Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen) and Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan) pose in a romantic way, while Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black) offers the “matador” look on his own cover.

In the interview with Entertainment Weekly, Kristen revealed the wedding scenes were pretty intense and emotional from her point of view. That is when fiction and reality become one. Kristen “marries” Rob. Wouldn’t she love if it was all real.

Kristen said, “It’s funny because when [the PG-13 issue] comes up, everybody thinks it’s all about the sex. The birth is really effective, and I’ve heard it really hits you in the face. But what it could have been? It could have been shocking and grotesque, because that’s how it was written in the book.” She sighs: “I would have loved to have been puking up blood.”

The 19 year-old teen werewolf, who becomes an action hero in his new movie “Abduction” (watch trailer here), confessed that he also suffered a lot while filming the Twilight movies. Why? Taylor complains he is the only one who has to be shirtless all the time.

Taylor said, “Everybody is always complaining to me that I don’t have to wear the contacts, I don’t have to wear the white makeup or wear wigs and all that stuff. And I’m like, ‘I’m the one in the freezing rain and cold not wearing a shirt! I paid my dues in New Moon and Eclipse.’”
