Disney On Ice Let’s Celebrate premiered at the Nokia Theater L.A. Live in Los Angeles last week and some of Disney’s favortie teen stars came out, including Camp Rock star Anna Maria Perez de Tagle.

Perez de Tagle is set to costar with Make It or Break It’s Cassie Scerbo and The Vampire Diaries Katerina Graham in Bleachers - a new millenium version of the John Hughes classic teen dramedy The Breakfast Club.

Mean Girls 2 star Nicole Gale Anderson and Make It or Break It actress Josie Loren showed their festive spirit by hitting the JHRTS 8th Annual Young Hollywood Holiday Party at Voyeur nightclub in Los Angeles on Tuesday December 7th.

JHRTS is the Jr Hollywood Radio and Television Society and the yearly shindig benefits My Friends Place, “a nonprofit Resource Center offering a comprehensive continuum of care that includes free emergency resources such as food and clothing in combination with health, educational, and therapeutic services to over 1,800 homeless youth and their children each year.”

Disney actress Chelsea Staub hosted the initial launch party for Frilogy at My Studio in Hollywood on Friday Dec 3rd. The event benefited The Trevor Project. The JONAS star was elegant in her cream colored strapless dress with sequin detailing.

Make It or Break It star Josie Loren was also at the party.

Make It Or Break It star Cassie Scerbo was wonderful in white at the 2010 Alfred E. Mann Scientific Foundation Research Gala on Sunday evening.

The star of the gymnastics TV show on ABC Family also has a number of finished projects waiting for release: A Holiday Heist (costarring Vivica A. Fox) Not Another Not Another Movie (with Burt Reynolds and Chevy Chase) and Not Today with Cody Longo. MIOBI returns in January.

West Hollywood was the place for Jennifer Stone as she hit the red carpet for the Nylon + Express Denim Issue party on Tuesday evening. The actress, who just wrapped filming Mean Girls 2 in Atlanta last month and is prepping for the last season of Wizards of Waverly Place was super cute in dark denim and bowler hat.

Chelsea Hobbs, Ayla Kell, Josie Loren and Cassie Scerbo attended The People’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles at the Nokia Theater last night. The ‘Make It or Break It’ girls didn’t win any awards but the winter premiere of their show scored the highest ratings for the series yet: 2.7 million.

The end of 2009 is here today so let’s take a look back at the best TV shows aimed at and about teenagers. Some are more realistic than others and some are just downright guilty pleasures, but here are the Top 10 of 2009.

10. Gossip Girl - CW

Based on the books by Cecily von Ziegesar, the series about spoiled NYC teens on the Upper East Side was launched in 2007 and has been a favorite ever since. While ratings have slipped this year, it is still talked about. The cast (Leighton Meester, Blake Lively, Chace Crawford, Taylor Momsen, Jessica Szohr, Ed Westwick, Penn Badgley) is super hot and garners lots of press. Hopefully the storylines will pick up and get it back on track.

9. Make It Or Break It – ABC Family

Chelsea Hobbs, Josie Loren, Ayla Kell and Cassie Scerbo are the gymnastic Olympic hopefuls at “The Rock” in Boulder Colorado, training for their shot at the big time. ABC Family’s hit show (scoring their second best premiere) gives athletic teen girls a chance to see and strive for something more than boys and clothes.

8. True Jackson, VP - Nickelodeon

Keke Palmer is terrific as the Vice President of a teen clothing line and her navigation in the world of business and all the normal drama that comes from being a teenager. Palmer is funny, charming and talented. Her costars Ashley Argota and Matt Shively play off her well and the premiere set lots of ratings records for the network.
