After slithering her way out of drug charges last year by claiming the viral video of her smoking from a bong was misleading and that she was only smoking the legal product, salvia, Disney star Miley Cyrus appears to be going another way with her image…

During her birthday party at the Roosevelt Hotel in LA last week, the former Hannah Montana star seemingly admitted to being a major pothead.  And by seemingly admitted, I mean she totally and completely admitted it.

You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.

I guess this is what happens when people with mullets procreate.

OH NO!!! Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus was caught smoking a natural herb known as Salvia with hallucinogenic qualities from a bong a few days after she turned 18 in Los Angeles, while one of her good friends was capturing the moment on camera.

The 18 year-old Disney star, who was clearly totally high, had her first hallucination. Miley claims that one of the boys at the party looks exactly like her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. Giggles. Boyfriend or ex-boyfriend?

The most popular and controversial teen star Miley Cyrus is finally 17 years old today! Miley, family, friends and Liam Hemsworth (her boyfriend!! Shhh…) celebrated the big day with an 80’s themed bash at Canal Room in NY last week.

Miley was born in Nashville, Tennessee on November 23, 1992 to Leticia “Tish” (née Finley) and country singer Billy Ray Cyrus. She has five siblings (Trace, Brandi, Christopher, Braison and Noah). Miley’s parents named her Destiny Hope because they believed that she would accomplish great things. She was nicknamed “Smiley”, later shortened to “Miley”, because she kept smiling as a baby. Miley legally changed her name and she is no longer Destiny Hope!
