19-year-old Miley Cyrus stepped out in West Hollywood this week, sporting some fresh ink on the inside of her left forearm.  Didn’t notice it at first glance?  Neither did we.  We were much too distracted by her teensy waist and super-short cropped top.

C’mon Miley, we all know you’re skinny, but do the rest of us a favor and cover up – we already feel bad enough about our ‘muffin tops’.

The pop star’s new tat is an except from a speech made in 1910 by former U.S. president Theodore Roosevelt, and reads:

So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.

Oooh.  We’ve got to admit.  We like that.

This tattoo marks the 15th for the singer, who among others has the word, “Love” on her inner ear, “Just Breathe” on her ribcage and  “Love Never Dies” on her right arm.

We can’t wait to see what she comes up with next!

Miley Cyrus‘ number of tattoos has grown to seven.

The 18 year-old singer’s latest is a simple equal (=) sign on her ring finger in support of gay rights.

When Cyrus posted a photo on her twitter on Friday, she also told fans where she stood on the issue.

“All LOVE is equal’” she said with the accompanying picture.

Not everyone agreed with Miley and since it’s twitter, everyone had a chance to tell her what they thought. But Cyrus held her ground on the matter and even replied to one fan who tweeted her a bible passage.

“where does it say in the bible to judge others? Oh right. It doesn’t. GOD is the only judge honey. “GOD is love,” the singer responded.

Things got so heated, the Last Song actress had to ask others to back off the fan who opposed Miley’s view after users of the social network sent her fan some vile and violent tweets.

“Dude everyone lay off @MileyCyrusLuver Love u! Everyone is entitled 2 opinions! ‘if u don’t stand 4 something you’ll fall for anything.’ ”

People, you can agree of disagree with either of them – but why turn everything into a series of death threats? That’s just as ignorant.

Singer/actress Miley Cyrus gets her Coffee Bean fix before a long busy day in Toluka Lake, California on Saturday (February 5)- more pictures below. The 18 year-old was spotted wearing an appropriate white shirt, jeans and black leather jacket.

Miley reportedly just got her fifth tattoo. The former Hannah Montana star apparently inked a dream catcher with four feathers representing her four siblings on her right side. The dream catcher tattoo isn’t exactly small, so we will probably see the end result as soon as Miley gets in a bikini.
