VOTE for Chelsea!!! The 22 year-old dancer wanted to send her good friend Miley a shout out during a night decicated to the beautiful US of A. Chelsea rocked it! And Miley must be super proud!

Former Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus kicked off the show with a energetic performance of the hit single, “Party In The USA”, which won the award for Best International Video Of The Year at the 2010 MuchMusic Awards in Toronto, Canada on Sunday (June 20)- watch video below.

Miley, who hosted the show, wore the most hideous outfit ever. What the heck was Miley thinking? That was horrible and that thing in her hair… Miley, NO! We love you, but do not make us suffer! Special guest Justin Bieber took over the stage with his bike basically interrupting Miley’s performance. The crowd really went nuts!

Singer Miley Cyrus changed the lyrics to her hit “Party In The USA” to include a reference to eccentric Lady GaGa and even attempted some GaGa signature dance moves during a special performance for Queen Elizabeth at Royal Variety Event in London earlier this month.

Here is the official music video for Miley Cyrus’ “Party In The USA” out of her new new EP, “Time of Our Lives,” sold exclusively at Walmart. The video premiere on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars on Wednesday (September 23).
