Actress Miley Cyrus enjoys a break and soaks up the sun in a little small, super cute bikini in Savannah, Georgia. She looks amazing! Now, is that a belly button piercing!?! Oh yes, it is!! Miley also recently had her nose pierced (photos here)… the piercings are small and it kind of looks cute on her but I still think she is way too young for it!

Disney star Miley Cyrus posted this photo with her mommy on Twitter with the caption: “Dinner with Mommy in Savannah ” but what really caught our attention was her brand new nose piercing… yep, I think that is a real and fresh piercing because her nose looks red.
