Miley Cyrus is so ready to go on tour! The “Can’t Be Tamed” singer just announced the Gypsy Heart Tour (aka Corazon Gitano Tour) dates on her official website (see dates below). Miley will visit South America and Australia, but, unfortunately, there are no plans for an US tour.

Miley says, “The Gypsy Heart tour is a dream come true. Not only because of all the beautiful cities I will get to visit, but all of the beautiful people I will get to meet. Gypsy Heart is not just a tour for me, but a mission to spread love.”

Miley is definitely on a spread the love mission, but why is Miley not spreading the love in her own country? Well, the answer is simple: Miley is not feeling the love anymore. WHAT? We LOVE her, right teens?

“I just think right now America has gotten to a place where I don’t know if they want me to tour or not,” Miley speculates. “Right now, I just want to go to the places where I am getting the most love, and Australia and South America have done that for me.”

She adds: “[I] don’t want to go anywhere where I don’t feel completely comfortable with it.”

There is only one problem about going outside the US to tour… Miley cannot speak Spanish. “I actually failed Spanish, so I will have someone with me making sure I can get through,” she said. LOL.

Singer/actress Miley Cyrus has recently been compared to fallen Pop Princess Britney Spears, but the 17 year-old takes it as a compliment. Britney achieved global success at a young age before going nuts with the pressure of constantly being in the spotlight.

“I get that all the time,” Miley told reporters. “I try to look at everything in my life as positive. So I can either look at it and say it’s negative, and look at the things she’s done wrong, and say, ‘How can someone compare me to her?’ Or, I could be the positive person and look at all the amazing history that she’s made, and the things that she’s accomplished, and I’ll take it as a compliment. I choose to take it as a compliment.”

We hope Miley makes history in music just like Britney did, but we certainly hope she won’t go down the safe self-destructive path. Miley seems to have a good head on her shoulders!

Miley Cyrus, who has been recently highly criticized for her raunchy new image, babbled about the unfair double standards in Hollywood. Here is what she had to say:

“Girls are immediately going to say, ‘Oh, she’s trying to sell sex.’ Well, I love Zac Efron, but what’s he selling? He’s gorgeous, he’s hot, [but] I don’t go see his movie because I’m like, ‘He’s such a fantastic actor.’ He’s a great actor, but he’s hot. He’s just not in a leotard with his legs out. He has his shirt off. So what’s the difference? In “High School Musical” … he’s in basketball shorts and his cutoff tank top and all the girls are dying. It just isn’t as obvious when guys do it. I was on tour with the Jonas Brothers my first year and boy bands get away with a lot. For girls, it’s always going to be harder. That’s not an excuse, it just means we have to work harder.”

Blah! When Zac Efron wears his basketball shorts and tank top, he isn’t exactly shirtless or pantless… so Miley may have not come up with the best example for her case. I’d use Taylor Lautner as an example instead. He is always shirtless and we love it! Anyway, Miley still has a point.

Singer/actress Miley Cyrus, who will release a sexier and raunchier album “Can’t Be Tamed” this summer, is really excited and can’t wait to see the “Sex And The City” sequel, in which she has a small cameo.

Miley said, “I have a super, super small role but I still can’t wait to go to the premiere because it’s one of my favorite movies. I love the show so I was super stoked when I heard they wanted me to be a part of it. It was amazing.”

The 17 year-old sparked controversy when she openly declared to be a fan of the HBO series. Miley was only 11 years old when SATC left our small screens and 15 when the first movie came out. Is Miley too young for Sex And The City?

Singer/actress Miley Cyrus may hate everything Twilight-related but she has one not-so-secret crush for High School Musical star Zac Efron. The 17 year old teen star confessed that Zac would be her Sexiest Man Alive.

Miley said, “Um, you know who I like, there’s not many things about me that are, like normal teenage girl. But the one like normal teenage girl thing is that I think Zac Efron is the hottest person in the world… I really, really like him. And it’s weird, I’ve kind of talked about it before and been like, it’s weird because he’s my friend… I could call him and be like, whatever. But…I think also the reason that he is so sexy is because he and Vanessa [Hudgens] have been together since the first ‘High School Musical’ and…I think that’s really cool. Because… Zac could get any girl and… all these girls are always like you know, ‘Zac, Zac, Zac!’ and would do whatever, and he is so loyal and… a really good friend and he’ so still the same and I think he’s just like super good looking.”

Don’t we just love when Miley is asked a very simple question and she keeps on rambling on and on but actually does not add any new fact to the conversation? We want to synthesize it for you: “There’s not many things about me that are, like normal teenage girl. But the one like normal teenage girl thing is that I think Zac Efron is the hottest person in the world…” The End!

Actress Miley Cyrus is not a normal teen – she just declared she is not one bit excited about Twilight, in fact, she doesn’t even care since there is not one thing she likes about the Twilight franchise (watch video below). Can you imagine a teenage girl that absolutely hates Twilight?

“Not into it. I could care less. I’ve never seen it and nor will I ever,” she remarked. “People get… really into it….People always fall in love with the characters… It makes me kind of like, I don’t know. I’m not into it. I feel really lame because everyone is so excited and I’m like, ‘Don’t even talk about it.”

When asked why, Miley said she just can’t sick her teeth into the vampire-centric franchise.
“I don’t believe in it,” she said, comparing the fanaticism surrounding the hit series to that of cinema classics like Star Wars and Harry Potter. “I don’t like vampires,” she continued. “I don’t like any of the stuff. I don’t like the wolf that pops out on the screen when I’m watching my TV at night. I don’t like it. I don’t want anything to do with it. I don’t like the shirts, I don’t like anything about it.”

I’m shocked! If Miley is scared of things that pop out on her screen at night, what does she watch? Sesame Street?? Isn’t she a bit too old for that? Or Sex And The City?? But isn’t she a bit too young for THAT??

Another thing I found interesting about this interview is when Miley says parents need to control their kids and what they do on the computer. So I was wondering where were her parents when she sent underwear pictures to her boyfriend??

Actress/singer Miley Cyrus couldn’t be more thrilled with her cameo role in the new ‘Sex And The City’ movie but is she making the right decisions when it comes to her still young but long career in the showbiz!?! From Disney queen to overly-sexualized teenager making an appearance in R-rated movie… isn’t there some step to be taken in between to avoid future public and embarrassing meltdowns?

Actress/singer Miley Cyrus, who recently filmed her small scene with Kim Cattrall for the movie “Sex And The City 2” (photos of Miley and Kim on set), couldn’t be more thrilled. Miley said, “It’s something that I’ve always wanted to do. It’s kind of one of those… perks of what I get to do.”

Miley, who plays herself wearing the same dress as Samantha Jones (Kim), says she couldn’t keep the dress but took the necklace as a souvenir. “I returned [the dress],” Miley told Access Hollywood and “The Billy Bush Show” on Friday. “But I did get to keep the necklace, which is a rad little reminder of what I got to do. It was a really cool experience.”

The 16 year-old is currently touring the USA with her ‘Wonder World’ so it wasn’t easy to make time for her SATC cameo. “It was really hard getting there because I’m on tour, but it’s just something that I really loved,” she said. “I’ve always really, really loved that show, so for them to invite me on and let me be a part of the film is really cool.”

In a recent interview, Miley Cyrus admitted she has made a lot of mistakes and she is not perfect. The 16 year-old is just trying to learn from her mistakes, which is even more difficult because she is in the spotlight.

“I always want to be known not necessarily like as this perfect girl…but as someone who is hopefully inspiring other people, that’s what I want more than anything,” Miley said. “I’m not here to say that I’m perfect because I’m far from that, as we all are. My mistakes are kind of a little bit harder because they are in front of millions and millions of people. I get to go through that and I get to learn.”

“Everyone has to make mistakes. And I think if a lot of people look back at them being a kid they’re gonna realize they’ve done a lot of the same things that I have. I guess sometimes judgment is unfair,” Miley said. “But that’s just the way it rolls. That’s the way the cookie crumbles my friends!”
