After being arrested for driving drunk several months back, Disney star Mitchel Musso has apparently lost all memory of the incident – or at least that’s what his entering a plea of “not guilty” seems to suggest.

Despite being underaged and blowing over .08 on the breathalyzer test administered the night of the accident, the former Hannah Montana star contends that he should not be held responsible for his lawbreaking behavior.

Not really sure what MM is hoping to accomplish here other than pissing off an LA Superior Court judge, but I suppose time will tell.

Good luck to you Mitchel – you’re gonna need it.

Former Hannah Montana castmember and star of Pair of Kings, Mitchel Musso was arrested for drunk driving in Burbank, CA early Sunday morning after he failed to reduce his speed in an area where police were attempting to redirect traffic.

According to sources, the 20-year-old failed a field sobriety test and blew over a .08 on the police breathalyzer, which is the legal limit for persons over 21 years of age.

Can somebody please tell me if there is a Disney star left out there who hasn’t gotten into trouble with the law?

Oh right, The Golden Boy – Zac Efron.

Apparently, Musso was booked on the DUI charge, but was not forced to post his $5,000 bail due to a clean driving record.  No word yet as to whether he will face charges for underaged drinking.

Mitchel Musso has just announced on Twitter that he will be opening for his brother Mason Musso’s band Metro Station in a few tour dates this summer (check out tour dates below).

Metro Station will also be on tour with Miley Cyrus. Miley’s brother Tracey Cyrus is also part of the band. Now we understand why Miley and Mitchel are such good friends!!
