Alex Pettyfer is very hot and completely arrogant at the beginning of Beastly. His character, Kyle Kingston is the guy with everything and he knows it. Too bad for him he underestimates a classmate, Kendra (Mary Kate Olsen) who happens to have supernatural powers and curses Kyle to a life of disfigurement after he is incredibly cruel, savage and heartless to her.

His only saving grace? Finding that one person who will see past his physical self and fall in love with him. Kyle gets sage advice from his blind tutor (Neil Patrick Harris) and Vanessa Hudgens is the girl who catches his eye but is it too late? Can the curse still be broken?

The new release date is March 18, 2011.

Paramore’s lead singer, Hayley Williams reveals her bullying ordeal to Sugar magazine in the December 2010 issue. Williams says the torment was too much for her to endure on a day to day basis and was home schooled as an alternative:

“I went to one school for six weeks and I was miserable. Even the teachers didn’t like me. The girls were such b**ches. They would invite me to parties and I wouldn’t go because I didn’t want to be around them, then the next day at school, there would be all these rumours about me, like, ‘Hayley’s a s**t’, ‘Hayley’s gay’.

“I went home crying, saying, ‘Mum, I’m such a loser, I’m never going back’. She saw how upset I was and she was like, ‘Okay’.”

Hayley’s family had moved from Mississippi to Tennessee when she had to be pulled out. The 21 year-old did have something great come from that move: she met her future band mates Josh Farro, Zac Farro and Jeremy Davis.
