After dancing to “Smack That” (video here) and “Tik Tok” (video here), Noah decided to have some fun and show her dance moves to “Bigger” by Justin Bieber. At the begging of the video, Noah professes her love for the Canadian super star, who just turned 16, and asks him to marry her.

Yeah, Noah is super cute! But she is only 10 years old and these homemade videos should be supervised by an adult. Where are Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus when their little girl is posting videos of herself all over the internet!?!
