After an ultra-akward run in during the BRIT Awards red carpet last night, Karma Chameleon singer Boy George and One Direction’s Liam Payne got into an all-out, pop star throw down in the Twitterverse!

Apparently, B.G. got his feathers ruffled (literally) when Liam refused to stop for a photo-op and took to his Twitter account to vent his frustrations.

@BoyGeorge: Top marks to Harry Styles for stopping for a picture with my niece and Bollox’s to Liam and the disrespectful wanker of a minder!

Man, it’s times like these we really wish we spoke Brit!

Liam wasted no time in responding, firing back via his personal Twitter account:

@Real_Liam_Payne: …Now now boy lets not tell porkies firstly thanks for getting my name wrong three times secondly then asking me where is liam?…akward then when you finally got it right saying you wanted Niall instead. if you would have asked me for a picture i would have stopped bro I just did what you said and pointed niall out for you so u just keep wearing ur strange hats and enjoy yourself my little Georgie pie… It’s still not cool you just look wierd [sic]

Whoa.  Liam.  We know you’re peeved and all, but didn’t anyone ever tell you to respect your elders?  Even if they do wear weird hats…

Preferring not to take the high road, Boy George replied,

You were rude but whatever! Everyone wants a piece of you! I get it. I bet Debbie Harry is fuming!

After that last Tweet, 1D fans all over the world started a full-on Twitter assault on the 80′s pop star,  topped off by one final Tweet by good old Liam:

@BoyGeorge do you really want to hurt meeee do you really want to make me cryyy come on ‘boy’ lighten up … Can I borrow a hat and make up for next Halloween I’d love to look as scary as you

Jeez!  Seems like a lot of fuss over a miscommunication?  Aren’t you both worried about bad Karma

What the heck do you get the guys who have everything?

The boys of One Direction took a time out before performing on X Factor this week to exchange gifts with each other and hand out some super serious man hugs.  Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik passed out beautifully wrapped Christmas gifts to their band mates, which begs the question – who did they pay to go shopping for them?

Because we all know teenaged boys are physically incapable of wrapping Christmas gifts without them looking like a complete train wreck…

We’re not exactly sure what the fellas of 1D gave each other, but we can only imagine it was something FABulous!

If this isn’t a Glee-worthy mashup, we don’t know what is!

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees is teaming up with the fellas of One Direction for a hilarious new Pepsi campaign.  In the sneak peak available below, Brees tries to finagle his way in to the hugely popular boy band (boy is that the understatement of the year…) with a simple algebraic equation.

It’s basic science guys.

Brees, who broke Johnny Unitas’ record for most consecutive games with a touchdown pass on Sunday night, was the perfect candidate for this pairing with 1D.  After all, he does have three little kids who will love to laugh at their dad trying to sing and dance on national television!

After spending some time with the football great, 1D member Naill Horan took to his Twitter to congratulate Brees on his most recent achievement.

Although the boys of One Direction didn’t intend to release their new single “Live While We’re Young” for several more days, the internet gods have done us all a huge favor and leaked the video for the tune, forcing the band to bump up their release date.

We know Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik and Niall Horan are probably pretty bummed that things didn’t go exactly as they were planning, but we’re not going to pretend like we’re not super stoked to check out this new song a few days earlier!

In an official statement, the boys of 1D explained that they moved the song’s release date up to September 20th because the version of their video that was leaked was a poor, pirated copy and they didn’t want their fans to get anything less than the very best of what One Direction has to offer.

We wanted our fans to see the video and hear the single in the proper way so we’ve moved the premiere to tonight. We’re really excited about “Live While We’re Young” we’ve worked really hard on it and we can’t wait for everyone to see and hear it later today!

Neither can we!

As if yesterday’s announcement about their new album “Take Me Home” wasn’t enough, the boys of One Direction have now revealed that they’re about to be made into comic book superheroes!

Okay, maybe not “superheroes” exactly, but comic book characters nonetheless!

According to reports, Fame: One Direction will cartoon-ify the band’s  journey to superstardom, beginning with their first meeting on the original The X Factor.  Rumor has it, that we may even get a glimpse of a cartoon version of the infamous X Factor judge Simon Cowell - and that’s reason enough to be excited right there!

Blue Water Productions, the company behind the Fame series, has also produced comics about megastars like Katy Perry, Demi Lovato and Justin Bieber.

The greatest thing to happen to pop music since the birth of Justin Bieber has finally arrived!  The boys of 1D just released the title and cover artwork for their forthcoming album “Take Me Home”, and we’re absolutely over the moon for it!

Band member Louis Tomlinson Tweeted the news earlier this morning,

So pleased to tell you that our new album is called “take me home” can’t wait for you to hear it! More news soooon!#takemehome

According to a source, the album will have 14 tracks and and four bonus videos!  One of which is sure to be the vid for their upcoming single “Live While We’re Young”!

Cue the Hallelujah Chorus!

The boy’s latest project is due to hit stores November 9th and be sure to check them out on the MTV Video Music Awards on September 6th!

One Direction member Niall Horan was back in the studio Friday, laying down some vocals for the band’s upcoming album and looking rather yummy if we do say so ourselves.

McFly member Danny Tweeted the above pic of Niall at the mic, so we suspect that either adorable 18-year-old didn’t know he was having his picture taken or he’s just not ashamed to show the tops of his tighty whities to the enter Twitterverse!

1D bandmember Liam Payne took to his Twitter account the same day to Tweet his excitement about the band’s forthcoming project.

Neither can we Liam!  Neither can we!

Until then, we’ll just continue to drool over Niall at our computers…

During a recent interview with Elle Girl Japan, the boys of One Direction opened up about which one of their bandmates they believed would make the best boyfriend!

This isn’t the first time Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Naill Horan and  Zayn Malik have talked openly about who they think the hottest “catch” in the band is, but it’s certainly the first time they’ve discussed dating one another!

So who was the #1 choice for the “best boyfriend” in One Direction?  Louis Tomlinson!

Both Niall Horan and Liam Payne said they though L.T. would make the best BF, while Louis himself chose Niall for his ideal boo.

I think I might date Niall. I was gonna say you, Niall. I’d like to go to a theme park with you on our first date.

The boys from One Direction sure don’t keep much to themselves…

In a recent interview with Seventeen Magazine, 1D-er Louis Tomlinson opened up about how he likes to be kissed – by his girlfriend Eleanor Calder, that is.  Don’t start getting any ideas ladies!

I like kisses that aren’t too fast or rushed – that’s what makes a good kiss…

We’re going to have to wholeheartedly agree with the 20-year-old pop star – especially when it comes to locking lips with a guy from the most popular musical group in the world right now!

During a recent interview with Florida radio station 93.3, One Direction band members Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, and Zayn Malik opened up about dating fans, how they’ve spent their down time on tour and about some pretty weird and wild celebrity body-part fantasies.

Guess we know why Liam opted to skip out on this one!

To start the interview, the radio host asked the guys if they would ever be open to dating a fan and, wouldn’t you know it, even after sharing a story about a crazed fan hiding in their dressing room trash can, the answer was a resounding “YES!”.  We guess there’s hope for all of crazy 1D fans yet!

Things got a little weird when the guys were asked, “If you were a chair, which celebrity would you want to sit on you?”

Ha!

Harry said that Jennifer Love Hewitt would be his choice rear end, while Niall, who apparently prefers a more “aged” rump said he would pick Jennifer Lopez.  Louis claimed Natalie Portman as his bum of choice and Zayn went for the classic pick, Halle Berry.
