Actress Emma Roberts rocked a pair of short shorts and thigh high stockings with sandals while leaving a West Hollywood salon in Los Angeles, California on Saturday (April 2)- more pictures below.

Wow. This is quite a loud fashion statement for Emma. The whole ensemble is something we wouldn’t expect a girl like Emma to wear – the shorts, thigh highs and the leopard-print platform sandals are all a bit too much.

I absolutely love Emma, but this combination is definitely a fashion disaster, don’t ya think?

Paul Wesley was in New York City over the weekend and hit up the opening of the new Broadway play Elling, starring Brendan Fraser and Jennifer Coolidge. The Vampire Diaries star was dressed in shades of gray again, (why Paul, why?) as he mingled with the NYC theater crowd for the celebration.

Wesley is also into round three of EW’s Under-Appreciated Entertainer poll (he is definitely overshadowed by Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev and their possible off-screen romance, but he is just as integral to the storyline.) Want to vote for him and show him some love? Hit the link and maybe he will take the prize, as costar Somerhalder took EW’s Sexy Beast win this summer.

Blake Lively took on Spike TV’s  “Scream 2010 Awards” on Saturday night, October 16th at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles. Lively presented the award for Most Anticipated Movie to her Green Lantern co-star Ryan Reynolds.

The actress wore head to toe Lanvin, (bodysuit, skirt and leather accessories) from their Spring/Summer 2011 line. Blake is one super hot woman, so it doesn’t really matter what she is wearing because she always looks fantastic, but that dress… and the leather harness and enormous insect brooch was a bit too much. Nickelodeon star Victoria Justice confesses she is constantly confused with The Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev, which is not such a bad thing since they are both beautiful, talented young ladies.

Victoria said, “I know what you’re going to say — I look like Nina Dobrev. I get that all the time. There’s a poster up here for Vampire Diaries and people come up to me and say, ‘Congrats on the poster, Victoria.’ I’m like, ‘What? That’s not me!’ I think you’re beautiful Nina, so it’s a compliment to me. It was funny because she actually came up to me at the Scream Awards and she said that people always tell her that she looks like me too. We bonded over that.”

WOW! Victoria and Nina could be sisters, if not twins! But what we really want to know is which one of these amazing new actresses is your favorite and who is hotter?

Dakota Fanning is confirmed for the role of Jane in “New Moon” so the next challenge will be casting her twisted vampire brother Alec.

Compared to Jane, “his hair was darker, and his lips were not as full, but he was just as lovely,” writes author Stephenie Meyer of Alec in New Moon.

The actors on for the role can be Tom Felton, best known as Harry Potter’s foe Draco Malfoy, High School Musical’s Lucas Grabeel, French actor Gaspard Ulliel of Hannibal Rising or Freddie Highmore, who sweetly stole scenes in Willy Wonka and Finding Neverland.

My favorite is Gaspard Ulliel!! YAY!! Go Gaspard!! I saw Hannibal Rising and I was completely blown away and grossed away by his performance! And he is gorgeous!! What do you guys think?? Who should play Alec in NEW MOON?? Answer the poll below!
