OH NO!!! Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus was caught smoking a natural herb known as Salvia with hallucinogenic qualities from a bong a few days after she turned 18 in Los Angeles, while one of her good friends was capturing the moment on camera.

The 18 year-old Disney star, who was clearly totally high, had her first hallucination. Miley claims that one of the boys at the party looks exactly like her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. Giggles. Boyfriend or ex-boyfriend?

Did Justin Bieber smoke weed? It never happened! A picture of a teenage boy, who looks a lot like Justin, smoking week from a pipe has been circulating the web, but it’s not Justin (photo below).

In fact, the picture is poorly Photoshopped. You have probably also heard rumors of Justin having syphilis or molesting a fan, hating Korea and being arrested. They are all pretty mean rumors.

Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford was charged with one misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana after being arrested in Plano, Texas last Friday. If Chace is found guilty, he may face up to SIX months in jail. NO!!! NOOOOO!!

Chace looked like such a good boy and he was caught with weed. We wonder when people will understand it is not cool to smoke weed. Chace can go to jail, but what about the show? Can he film Gossip Girl behind bars? That would be interesting.

Gossip Girl heartthrob Chace Crawford was arrested for possession of marijuana (under 2 ounces!) at the Ringo’s Pub parking lot in Plano, Texas on Friday (June 4).

Chace was charged with a misdemeanor and may face up to 6 months in jail. Chace, you bad boy!! Even totally stoned, the 24 year-old still looks absolutely gorgeous in his mug shot.

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe vehemently denies he was smoking pot at a party in North London after a photo of the 20 year-actor looking completely high and allegedly smoking a cannabis joint was publish on the British tabloid “The Mirror”.

A spokeswoman for Radcliffe said: “Daniel does smoke the occasional roll-up cigarette, but he was not doing anything more than this. We are considering our position and will be taking all necessary action in relation to such allegations.’

A source claims Daniel was so high that the only thing he could say was “I love weed!” then a girl took advantage of his inebriated state and “pulled him into the toilet and started drawing a huge comedy beard on his face.” Harry Potter co-star Jamie Waylett admitted that he cultivated cannabis plants a few months ago. Is it only a coincidence or the Harry Potter stars need a little help to feel the magic??
