During the Duracell Power Holiday Smiles event benefitting Toys for Tots, Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale revealed she stays as far away from “Black Friday” sales as humanly possible.

My only tradition is that I stay away [laughs] from it all… I’ve never been to a mall or a store on Black Friday. I don’t do good in crowds, I have anxiety — no, I can’t. Not even a good sale can bring me out!

Good for you Lucy!

The stunning brunette also shared that she will be keeping a low profile for her Thanksgiving day celebration, with very little family drama:

I’m going to spend a week-and-a-half at home in Nashville, and just hang out with family… I’m really excited. I haven’t been home in awhile.  My family has steered clear of [holiday drama] — I don’t know how…If anything, it’s been a food crisis — like, something was burnt or somebody forgot an ingredient. Otherwise, I have a small family, so it tends to be pretty low-key. We’ve lucked out in that way.

We don’t know Lucy.  A food crisis can go south pretty darn quickly.  Have you ever been at a Thanksgiving when somebody forgets to bring the sweet potato casserole?

We have.  It’s not a pretty picture.

As for how Lucy intends to give back this holiday season, she’s teamed up with the folks at Duracell to raise funds for Toys for Tots, an organization that provides Christmas gifts for kids in need.

I’m working with Duracell and their Power Holiday Smiles campaign. What it is is a sweepstakes, and you can go on their Facebook page, which is Facebook.com/Duracell, and you enter the sweepstakes to win some of the hottest toys of the season. For every entry in the sweepstakes, Duracell’s going to donate one battery to Toys For Tots to power up the toys for the holiday season… It’s cool, because you have the opportunity to win some pretty cool stuff, and you’re also helping out. Ashley Benson was one of the Prettiest Little Liars on the blue carpet of the 2011 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, CA on Sunday August 7th,

Benson was radiant in a short high neckline black and gold patterned Alice + Olivia dress with peep toe Jimmy Choo shoes.

Her hair and make-up was flawless!

I love this look – it was so different from what everyone else wore.

Pretty Little Liars star Ashley Benson is Pretty Darn Adorable on the cover of Seventeen magazine’s September 2011 issue.

The actress chatted about how her style changed a lot when she was younger, breaking hearts and how normal she is.

On her changing style: “When I was younger, I went through a lot of different phases. One day I’d be punk rock, and the next I would be tomboyish, and then I would be really girly. I was so weird. My two best friends and I were just crazy and goofy!”

On breaking hearts: “I’ve never had my heart broken. And I don’t want to have my heart broken. I’m afraid of it. Even when I break someone else’s heart, I’m really upset about it. And I’m not even feeling half of what they are…”

On being a regular girl: “Everything I do is unfabulous. I’m the most normal person. I love walking everywhere, and going to hole-in-the-wall places, like nail shops, because they do the best job. And I go to vintage stores rather than high-end boutiques, because I like to dress different from other people.”

Shay Mitchell walked the red carpet for the 13th Annual Young Hollywood Awards presented by Bing at Club Nokia in Los Angeles on Friday, May 20th.

The Pretty Little Liars actress looked fantastic in a black ruched and sequined dress with deep v jeweled neckline and defined shoulders.

The 24 year-old actress complimented her PLL cast and said on her twitter: “Just had a great night at the Young Hollywood Awards… I am so lucky to work with such an amazing cast!”

Lucy Hale stepped out at the 13th Annual Young Hollywood Awards presented by Bing at Club Nokia in Los Angeles on Friday evening.

The Pretty Little Liars actress chose a royal blue satin dress with black trim and lace overlay from GUiSHEM with Guiseppe Zanotti heels for the event.

The 21 year-old recently told Seventeen magazine she had an intruder in her house once!

“A couple of years ago, my house was broken into while I was home alone,” she told the mag. “I was living with my mom, but she wasn’t home at the time. It was the middle of the day, and this guy comes in, and it turns out that he was just mentally insane because I think he had thought he lived there, and he never threatened me.”

Hale continued “He started going upstairs and into my room, and then he left and I called the cops. It turns out that he had been missing for a couple of days and his parents were looking for him. It was insane.”

Yikes! Glad she was OK after that.

Shay Mitchell was in Washington DC to help kick off the Anti-Bullying Alliance ‘Be A Star’ launched by The Creative Coalition, A-List celebs and WWE at The Washington Club on Friday night.

The Pretty Little Liars star knows first hand how tough being bullied can be. She shared with Teen Vogue her experience with some mean girls at school.

“Girls who used to be my friends bullied me. Instead of eating lunch in the cafeteria, I’d find the quietest place at school and eat by myself,” she remembers.

“I realized that bullying never has to do with you. It’s the bully who’s insecure,” she says. “So I went back to the cafeteria and sat myself down, and when the girls walked by, I just smiled like they didn’t bother me!”

WHAT? No way! Paul Wesley is no longer a single man! NOOOOO!!! The Vampire Diaries hottie secretly married his girlfriend, Pretty Little Liars actress Torrey DeVitto, in New York City, according to Life & Style.

They have not yet confirmed they are officially dating, but the actress hasn’t been exactly hiding the huge sparkler on her finger on the set of the new season of the ABC Family series.

Other Vampire Diaries stars might soon surprise us with some romantic news… hint: Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev.

Scream 4 premiered at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood on Monday night and actress Lucy Hale walked the red carpet.

Lucy chose a black Georges Hobeika dress with mesh sleeves and a keyhole neckline with Giuseppe Zanotti bow tie heels for the flick’s premiere.

The 21 year-old was able to get a part in the movie because one of the producer’s wives was a fan of her hit ABC Family show and told her hubby to check out PLL for casting.

“I got a call from my agent, one of the producer’s wives was a “Pretty Little Liars” fan – she told them to watch since there were some good actresses on the show,” Hale told PopWrap.

“They called to talk to me about one of the roles – originally I read for the role that Brittany Robertson ended up getting, but I was still filming the show and my schedule just conflicted. They still wanted me to be a part of it and they were nice enough to let me do this other role,” she said.

The 21 year-old actress recently revealed she went out on her first date at the age of 17 and it was a disaster because she had never had sushi before… Ashley didn’t know how to use the chopsticks and she got seaweed caught in her teeth.

Ashley said, “I was eating sushi and it had seaweed in it, and I got seaweed caught in my teeth. I’m trying to act like nothing is wrong. He was just staring at me. It was not cute. I totally embarrassed myself. … The date kind of went well after that, because he became my boyfriend and it was a very cool relationship.” (watch video below)
