Season 9 Dancing With The Stars contestant Aaron Carter was caught with his dancing shoes on a cigarette break during rehearsals in a dance studio in Hollywood on Thursday (August 20). He does not look too happy… I guess it is not as easy as he thought it would be! Tough job!

MTV is teaming up with Emma Roberts to produce and possibly star in a show for the television channel. The cable channel is trying to revamp and reinvigorate it’s programming and has lots of new talent lined up, including Roberts. With more layoffs announced again yesterday, Viacom, MTV’s parent company, has lots of work ahead of itself to produce some unique new shows for the once innovative channel. Let’s hope Emma ends up in something good and not another lame ‘reality’ show that the channel is now known for.

 

Billed as the real life ‘Gossip Girl,’  Bravo TV is launching another reality show this time following the kids who attend the exclusive prep schools of New York City. NYC Prep debuts Tuesday June 23rd at 10pm EST, and gives us a glimpse at these teens who are rich, young and very restless. Ranging in age from 15 to 18, the five priviledged preps are Kelli Tomashoff, Pete Peterson, Jessie Leavitt, Sebastian Oppenheimer, Camille Hughes and (the one public school kid trying hard to fit in,) Taylor DiGiovanni.

Preview VH1’s new series “Confessions Of A Teen Idol” where seven teen idols from the 80’s and 90’s will attempt to make their comeback! This should be one fun show to watch! Let’s hear how they dealt with fame and what they are doing now.

Jordin Sparks (18) is the youngest-ever winner of American Idol, she scored a Top 10 hit this year (for her duet with Chris Brown, “No Air”) and performed for millions when she sang “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the Super Bowl. And she’s not afraid to take a stand: At the MTV Video Music Awards in September, the former plus-size model spoke out against British comedian Russell Brand’s jokes about purity rings.

Miley Cyrus is tired of working so hard to be famous! She wants to be able to be lazy sometimes too, so now she wants to try having her own reality show. Now that would be fun!

Miley Cyrus wants to try something more real. “I would want to be on a reality show like The Real World because I think that’s crazy,” the teen star told E! News. “Anyone who would do that has some serious guts.”

But the real appeal seems to be the opportunity to be lazy — and stay famous! “I just want to be in a really nice house with cameras following me around,” said Miley. “I can just sit there, eat Cheetos, read my book, hang out all day.”

I think it’s a great idea!! We wanna know how a normal day is in the Miley world. And if it includes her hot new boyfriend Justin Gaston it would be a lot more fun to watch!!
