Twilight star Robert Pattinson has apparently shot his “How To Be” audition tape in his own bedroom. GASP! OMG! *faints* Rob is looking hot, extremely relaxed in his t-shirt and in the background there is a Maggie Gyllenhaal‘s “The Secretary” poster.

Twilight star Robert Pattinson described what exactly attracted him to the “Remember Me” script since there is such a big difference between Rob’s previous roles and Tyler, a rebel with a complicated relationship with his father, which is played by Pierce Brosnan.

Robert confessed, “Initially, I remember reading the script and thinking that I like the flow of the dialogue. It was just different and in a lot of ways, other lead male characters in other films seem like just a vessel — naive and ridiculously innocent, so audiences could feel along with him. But Tyler didn’t feel like that. He’s a very specific character.”

Remember Me hits theaters on March 12! We cannot wait!!

Here are some highlights from Emilie de Ravin’s MTV interview:

On instantly clicking with Rob: “They’d been looking to cast my role for a while, looking at a lot of different girls. I read the script three weeks before they started shooting. I flew to New York to test with Rob and we immediately got along and had instant great chemistry, which is not an easy thing to come by. Obviously you’re acting, but you want to have that connection with somebody. We had it. And I was thrown into a wardrobe fitting that same day.”

On trying to concentrate admist Twi-fans and paparazzi in NYC: “There were a lot of crazy moments where you’re filming on location and you’re waiting for people to get out of the shot. People don’t want to move. Rob and I would laugh about that. There was a scene where we’re on a date at a carnival, and it was very exposed to media, paparazzi and fans. We were rehearsing, and you become so self-conscious of people watching you, and we both stopped and looked at each other and were like, ‘Wait, what are we doing?’”

On being part of a different kind of love story: “The relationship between Ally and Tyler is so beautifully developed. It’s such an honest, organic, real love story. It’s not your typical Hollywood love story. Neither one of them were really looking for it, but it just happened. Obviously there’s a physical attraction, but also that thing you can’t put into words. They’re brought together in very random circumstances. It’s not love at first sight, but they’re intrigued at first sight. They’ve both had major family tragedies that, prior to their relationship, have closed them off, thinking no one can understand the way they really feel. They just get each other. There’s no false performance. It’s all open and who they are. That’s sometimes beautiful and sometimes ugly and sometimes frustrating, but it’s all on the table.”

Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning’s new movie “The Runaways” also got an official release date for March 19. March will be a great month for the fans of the Twilight stars.

Actor Robert Pattinson seems to be the favorite to replace Tobey Maquire in the role of Peter Parker in the upcoming sequel of Spider-Man, “Spider-Man 4”. The movie will focus on the superhero high school years and who’s better than Robert for that role? If the movie producers want to captivate a younger audience, there are only two choices Rob or Taylor Lautner! And Taylor is already set to become Max Steel!

According to OK!, Michael Cera and Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford have also been considered for the role. Meanwhile Robert is busy shooting “Bel Ami” and the last movie of the Twilight Saga, “Breaking Dawn” should also be filmed in 2010.

Here is the first official poster for Robert Pattinson’s new movie “Remember Me”, also starring Emilie De Ravin. The simplicity of the poster focus on this relationship between the actors’ but the chemistry is not there. Where’s Kristen Stewart??

The romantic movie tells the story of a pair of star-crossed lovers who meet and fall in love while struggling to deal with family tragedies that threaten their relationship. Robert plays a young man whose brother’s suicide has split up his parents and left him sleepwalking through life, while Emilie will play a young woman who, after watching her mother get killed before her eyes, seizes life to its fullest.
