Rumor has it, High School Musical hunk Zac Efron is ready to take his friendship with longtime pal Rumor Willis to the next level.  Did you see what I did back there?  Rumor – Rumer???

Okay, let’s get serious…

According to sources, “Zac had been trying to win back [High School Musical costar] Vanessa Hudgens, but she’s moved on…” and now so has he.

At first, [Zac and Rumer would] socialize in groups, then Rumer started going over to Zac’s L.A. house… She’d decorate and make the place really home [sic] — then she began spending the night, and they’re acting like a couple. Zac told Rumer he’s developing strong feelings for her.

Well who would develop strong feelings for someone who stays in your house and cooks and cleans for you – she’s called “a mother”.

If Rumer really wants to solidify her relationship with Zac, she needs to make sure he’s really over Vanessa and not just using her as a rebound who also happens to act as his interior decorator.

Happy Birthday to Miley Cyrus! The superstar turns 18 today and the “Can’t Be Tamed” singer is enjoying herself to the max. Miley has said she plans on having a very long celebration:

“I have a birthday month. I do the whole month of November. Thanksgiving, cake – [it’s] all about me on Thanksgiving!”

Cyrus has already started her parties. On Sunday November 21st, after her performance of “Forgiveness and Love” at the 2010 American Music Awards, (see photos here) she headed to Los Angeles hotspot Trousdale for some fun. Demi Moore, Rumer Willis, Kyle Massey, Kelly Osbourne and her mom Tish Cyrus all headed inside to dance and enjoy the evening.

Miley made waves that night with Nickelodeon star Avan Jogia. The two were photographed as the Disney teen leaned back and Avan kissed her neck. While the photo is steamy (check it out below) the two are reportedly still “getting to know each other,” and she is happily single playing the field.

She’s 18 and enjoying herself – good for her!

Chord Overstreet is the new guy on the Glee block. In last week episode, we saw Overstreet’s Sam go for it with head cheerio Quinn (Dianna Agron) and the two definitely light up the screen when they are together. In the October 26th episode that uses The Rocky Horror Picture Show as it’s inspiration/theme, Chord is Rocky in all his golden shorts glory. E!Online’s Watch With Kristen nabbed some one on one time with him and he dished some details on Sam’s relationship future with Quinn, a possible Puck-off, how come Sam rarely wears a shirt and is he dating Rumer Willis:

Does Sam get the girl: “I really love working with Dianna so far, and we have good chemistry,” says Chord. “I’d definitely like to see that go somewhere. There’s a spark between us, and something there that Sam will try to pursue. He has to be delicate with it because of what happened with Quinn and the baby last year. He understands that about her, and is trying to take a slow approach to it.”

Do Puck and Sam take it outside: “It all depends on how Puck (Mark Salling) still feels about Quinn,” he laughs. “We could get at it with each other. He obviously had a kid with her. He’s in juvie now and in comes the new guy stealing his ex-woman?”

Shirtless Sam sends everyone swooning: “I talked to my agent and said that basically I’m the Taylor Lautner of TV. We both have our shirts off a lot. And we have the same agent so we goof around about it. I’m waiting to open a script and see my shirt on.” Hey, it’s not so bad, right? “For every episode I have my shirt off, I get a bonus. Like a $50,000 check with my name on it.” Relax, he’s just joshin’.

The rumors about him and Rumer: Chord says he’s single. “If you go out in public anywhere, people are going to assume that you are dating,” he told Ryan Seacrest on his morning show this week. “We’re just friends. She tried to get me to dance, and I’m not a really good dancer, so I was hesitant on that one.”

Chord’s character is a terrific addition to Glee. I certainly hope he turns into a regular on the series and that creator Ryan Murphy really begins to delve into his character’s story arc more. NO MORE THEME EPISODES.

Actress Jessica Lowndes and Rumer Willis will engage in some hot girl-on-girl action in an upcoming episode of “90210”. Adrianna (Jessica) and Gia (Rumer) get involved while supporting each other in AA meetings and end up sharing a kiss.

They are both really vulnerable! Of course it does not mean there will be a lesbian relationship between the two because Adrianna is still very hurt after breaking up with her boyfriend Navid (Michael Steger).

“Adrianna and Gia share a special bond,” Lowndes tells PEOPLE. “My character starts questioning whether or not sexuality is measured on a spectrum, if it’s black and white or if it comes down to who you connect with and who you are compatible with. I’m excited as an actress to tell the story.”

We are rooting for Gia and Adrianna! They would actually make a hot non-conventional couple on TV. I can’t believe Rumer is all grown up and sexy now! 90210 will return to the CW 8/7c on Tuesday (March 9).

Looking lovely in an elegant and lacy black pantsuit, (very old-school Katherine Hepburn glamour) Rumer Willis walked the red carpet for her latest film, Sorority Row – the remake of the 1983 slasher flick. Willis posed with her mother, Demi Moore and the two looked happy and beautiful together in the spotlight. The movie co-stars Briana Evigan, Audrina Partridge and Jamie Chung.

Check out the pic of her braids – so milkmaid-ish. I love it! I do wish she’d stop with that pose she does – (second pic below) it’s so stiff and unnatural looking.

Rumer Willis arrived this afternoon for a taping of The Late Show with David Letterman and she looked lovely in white. The actress is promoting her upcoming guest appearance on 90210 as well as her horror flick Sorority Row.

Daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, Rumer Willis, wants to become a real actress (like mommy!) but she does not believe that her famous parents will open doors if she is not good enough for the job.

Rumer said, “You can’t do anything about who your parents are. I think everyone has opportunities and everyone has doors that are open to them in different ways.

If you’re talented you’ll get work. If you suck then you won’t. In the end, talent is all that matters because you could go and get an audition, but if you go in there and you suck you’re not going to get a job.”

The 21 year-old had some small roles in several movies including mom’s “Striptease” and dad’s “The Whole Nine Yards” and television credits include guest appearances on “Miss Guided”, “Army Wives”, “CSI: NY”, and “Medium”.

As we told you earlier in the week, Rumer Willis will be guest starring as a lesbian on ’90210′  this fall and now AnnaLynne McCord wants in on the girl-on-girl scenes.

“This is what I foresee,” she said. “Naomi gets drunk, and she gets a little crazy. Liam’s watching. Naomi wants to experiment. And then a little lip-on-lip action with Rumer Willis can’t hurt anybody, right?

“How fabulous would that be,” she continued. “They totally need to make it happen!”

Well, it will certainly grab more headlines. This is great news for the CW network and will help ’90210′ in the ratings this fall.

A spicy new character will be added to ’90210′ this fall as Rumer Willis is thrown into the mix. Playing Gia, a lesbian reporter for West Beverly High’s ’Blaze’ tv/news show, Willis is sure to cook up some fun. So far it isn’t known for sure how many episodes Bruce Willis and Demi Moore’s daughter will be around for.

Rumer Willis, daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, was selected to hand out the prizes at the Golden Globes last year, but industrial action by Hollywood’s writers forced the cancellation of the event.

Globe organizers have chosen to stick with their 2008 choice for the coveted role, which is traditionally given to the child of a star, and Willis is thrilled, but she’s far from nervous.

She says, “I’m sure I’ll be able to walk up and down without tripping.”

Rumer did look great at the red carpet. I think she has come a long way since last year, so we are happy she had another chance to be Miss Golden Globe.
