Wizards of Waverly Place star Selena Gomez, who is currently promoting her new movie “Ramona & Beezus”, was a special guest star on “The View” on Wednesday (July 21). The 17 year-old (Selena will be 18 tomorrow!) talked about growing up and leaving the Disney’s original series.

Selena confessed she was absolutely nervous when she was told the author of “Ramona & Beezus”, Beverly Clearly wanted to still be around to watch the movie based on her timeless story. Selena also had the chance to show some items from her clothing line “Dream Out Loud” (see video above).

Actress/singer Selena Gomez offered her fans a very special treat for this 4th of July. The 17 year-old posted a new video on YouTube (video above), which includes behind-the-scenes footage of her “Dream Out Loud” photo shoot, with the message, “Happy 4th of July Everyone only 27 days until Dream Out Loud hits Kmart stores!!!!!! Have a Happy 4th of July!”

Another dream that came true for Selena Gomez who has just announced the launch of her own clothing line titled ‘Dream Out Loud’ that will feature “pretty, feminine and bohemian clothes”.

Selena revealed: “It’s really always been a dream of mine to have a line… With my line, I really want to give the customer options on how they can put their own looks together… I want the pieces that can be easy to dress up or down, and the fabrics being eco-friendly and organic are super important.”

We bet the clothing line will be just as young, fresh, classy and adorable as Selena. There is still no information about where the clothes will be sold and when they will be available.
