We were very impressed with the first sneak peek yesterday. And this new sneak peek just makes us want more. Selena really is in a league of her own. She is proving she can be extremely sexy and still be classy and glamorous. We HEART Selena!

The full official music video for “A Year Without Rain” premieres at 10 pm ET after “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” on the Disney Channel tomorrow (Friday, September 3).

Poor Selena Gomez!! Our favorite 18 year-old completely lost her voice and has a serious throat infection, which means she has to give her vocal cords a rest. No matter how much Selena doesn’t want to disappoint her fans, she has to think about the future.

If she continues to push it, Selena might permanently damage her vocal cords. She is totally devastated because she was forced to cancel some of her shows. Selena apologized to her fans and ask them to understand why she has to take a break in a very special message via Facebook:

SORRY,

Hey guys, by now I’m sure most of you know that my voice is gone and that I had to cancel some of my upcoming shows. After my 2 week promo tour with Joey I started to feel pain in my throat from talking too much. As soon as I came home I went to see my doctor and he said that I had damaged my vocal chords and that I had acid reflex (probably from pickles).

He put me on medication and wanted to see me in a few days. When I went back my voice had gotten much worse. He then told me that I had to cancel my shows and be on vocal rest for a week. I felt so horrible that I couldn’t perform. I begged the doctor to give me more medication to last me through these shows, he said if I went I could lose my voice completely and have permanent damage.

I had to give up and agree to not go but I WILL make it up. We are doing the best we can to reschedule all of the shows and I will do a 2 hour meet and greet in each city that I missed when I come back into town. We are also trying to see who was planning on coming to the shows so we can give you all tickets to the rescheduled shows. I am SO sorry about all of this and really hope I can see you all when I’m better.

The show in Columbus, OH has already been rescheduled for November 6th.

The shows that have been cancelled are:

Delaware State Fair 7/28/10
Lilith Fair Tour in Holmdel, NJ 7/31 and Hartford, CT 8/01

Actress/singer Selena Gomez has just finished high school and finally got her diploma. Congratulations! Selena did it! But she also had to film a high school graduation for a upcoming movie, “Monte Carlo”, which means she graduated twice!

Selena wrote on her Facebook, “What are the odds……Today I graduated from high school and got my diploma!!!!! I also filmed my graduation ceremony in the upcoming movie Monte Carlo. So in a weird way I was able to experience an official graduation, LOL. How is everyone doing? What are your plans for the summer? Miss you all and I will update again soon.”

We are so proud of Selena! The 17 year-old has such a busy schedule that you can imagine how hard Selena worked for it. Congrats! If you want a good Disney role model, Selena is one! We ♥ Selena!

The beautiful Selena Gomez thanked her amazing fans for making her single “Naturally” (watch music video here) go platinum. The 17 year-old is currently busy filming her new movie “Monte Carlo” in Budapest.

Selena wrote on her Facebook, “”Naturally” went platinum!!!!!!!!! I cannot thank you all enough for all the love and support you truly have no idea how much you all mean to me. Thank You Thank You Thank You……… I just got settled into Budapest a couple of days ago and started my horse back riding lessons, very excited to start this movie and Budapest is beautiful. For everyone overseas the album is coming out very soon but, you can preview the whole album at the link below.”
