1/2 of everyone’s favorite Hollywood teen couple, Selena Gomez recently opened up about her excessive “partying and drinking” and getting herself thrown in jail, during an interview with E! Online.

Wait… Whaaaaaaat?!

Calm down, calm down, the Gomster was just referring to the character she plays in the upcoming film Spring Breakers, in which she stars with James Franco, Vanessa Hudgens and Emma Roberts.

That casting certainly worked out well for you, eh Mr. Franco?

Selena shared that her character Faith is,

…The little more tamed down character but also still gets a little crazy here and there… She goes on spring break with her girlfriends and they end up getting into a whole mess of things. They’re partying and drinking. We end up in jail.

Spring Breakers hits theaters later this year and should be the only time we see Ms. Gomez partying this hard for at least another three years.  Right Selena?

The girls are seen sitting on top of excessive luggage with the glamorous city of Monte Carlo in the background. Selena, step sister Leighton and best friend Katie use all their savings for their dream trip to Paris.

Things don’t go how they expected, but their luck turns around when Selena finds out she is a doppelganger of a British heiress. Selena is mistaken by the spoiled heiress and ends up sharing the real dream vacation with her girls in Monte Carlo.

Disney star Selena Gomez, Gossip Girl Leighton Meester, and actress Katie Cassidy, star in a new romantic comedy titled “Monte Carlo”, which hits theaters on July 1, 2011 (watch movie trailer below).

Selena (Grace) and her two girl friends travel to Paris after graduation. Instead of the lavish vacation they were expecting, the three find themselves in a French nightmare until everything changes.

Grace finds out she is British heiress Cordelia’s doppelganger and takes her place. The three girls are taken to a glamorous new world in Monte Carlo where they will eventually find true love.

Here is the first official picture of Leighton Meester and Selena Gomez’s new movie “Monte Carlo”, which is based on the Jules Bass‘ novel “Headhunters”. The two girls are accompanied by their co-star Katie Cassidy and they all look extra glam and lovely.

The 18 year-old girlfriend of Justin Bieber is the leading lady in this movie. Katie is Selena’s (Grace) best friend Emma and “Gossip Girl” Leighton plays her future stepsister Meg.

“Monte Carlo” tell the story of three young girls (Selena Gomez, Leighton Meester, Katie Cassidy), who use their savings for a dream trip to Paris, which turns out to be a big disaster.

When they decide to take a break from their lousy tour and sneak into the lobby of a 5-star hotel, one of the girls is mistaken for a spoiled British heiress.

Before they get the chance to reveal their true identities, the girls are wrapped up in a whirlwind of paparazzi, couture gowns, storybook romances, and living the glamorous life in Monte Carlo.

“Monte Carlo”, a romantic comedy directed by Thomas Bezucha, is set to hit theaters on July 1, 2011.

Actress/singer Selena Gomez has just finished high school and finally got her diploma. Congratulations! Selena did it! But she also had to film a high school graduation for a upcoming movie, “Monte Carlo”, which means she graduated twice!

Selena wrote on her Facebook, “What are the odds……Today I graduated from high school and got my diploma!!!!! I also filmed my graduation ceremony in the upcoming movie Monte Carlo. So in a weird way I was able to experience an official graduation, LOL. How is everyone doing? What are your plans for the summer? Miss you all and I will update again soon.”

We are so proud of Selena! The 17 year-old has such a busy schedule that you can imagine how hard Selena worked for it. Congrats! If you want a good Disney role model, Selena is one! We ♥ Selena!

Selena Gomez presents the official movie trailer for latest movie, “Ramona & Beezus”, which tells the story of young grade schooler Ramona Quimby (played by Joey King), based on Beverly Cleary’s popular children’s book series (watch movie trailer below).

The movie, which features a brand new song titled “Live Like There’s No Tomorrow” by Selena, will hit theaters on July 23, 2010. We cannot wait!! We definitely want to see this movie!

Selena Gomez is set to star in the New Line new movie project titled “What Boys Want”. The 17 year-old actress will play a teen who can hear what the opposite sex is really thinking but never actually says. Selena is such an amazing talented girl we want to see her on the big screen!
