The Wizards of Waverly Place star Selena Gomez (16) has been called the “”Next Miley Cyrus.” And the Disney Channel actress – who’s rumored to be dating Cyrus’s ex, Nick Jonas – is adding recording artist to her resume with her in-the-works debut album. “It’s something that I’ve been wanting to do for a long, long time,” she says.
