Kristen Stewart may have another project up her sleeve shortly. The Twilight actress is reportedly ready to sign on to star in An American Girl. Actor James Woods is directing the script and gives this summary of the plot:

“It’s about a young woman who is really destructive. It’s that magical time right after you’re out of high school. She was the top swimmer and dive champion in school. Now it’s a year later and she lives in a little town in Indiana and the place is dying, she’s working in a grocery store and drinking and drugging too much and she’s showing off in front of this guy who likes her, and gets involved in a big sex thing with two guys drunk one night at a quarry. She gets taped doing it on somebody’s phone and in a small town, her reputation is ruined and on a drunken whim, she joins the Marines, which is ridiculous.

Stewart has had quite a number of projects in the past couple of years, including Adventureland with Jesse Eisenberg, The Runaways with Dakota Fanning and of course, The Twilight Saga films. Woods believes this project will earn Stewart an Oscar nomination. That’s a pretty bold statement.

Megan Fox looked super hot in her Valentino dress on the red carpet for her movie premiere, Jennifer’s Body at the Toronto International Film Festival. The actress recently told MTV that she was not ok doing nudity for films or having a sex tape of her own.

“People take everything from you when you’re in this business. Your anonymity is stripped from you, they invade every part of you: your personal life, your relationships. Everything you say gets judged, everything you do gets judged,” Megan confessed. “Literally all I have left are my private parts, and I don’t want to also share them with the world.”

She’s got a point: if she doesn’t control that aspect of her life, someone else will. It’s nice to see she has thought through the implications of having so much of your self out there for the world to see.

‘Gossip Girl’ co-stars and real life couple Leighton Meester and Sebastian Stan are reportedly moving in together very soon. The duo have been seeing each other for some time and earlier this year they have faced rumors of engagement and for Meester, an alleged sex tape (which she says is a fake.) The actress is refreshingly honest about who she is and tells Harper’s Bazaar:

“I don’t want most of what comes along with all of this. I’m doing everything I can to keep things separate. I feel like my friends are in a cult because we’re like, ‘No outsiders!’ I’ve never been crazy. I’m a very good girl, to be honest. I don’t do anything to hurt anybody. Honestly, all I ever do is work.”

It is great to see someone who can live her life happily and away from the cameras and still be satisfied.

Leighton Meester has been at the center of controversy this week when word of a possible tape leaked to the world. Now the ‘Gossip Girl’ star is announcing her engagement to Sebastian Stan (whom she met on the GG set last year,) on Facebook.com.

The duo reportedly changed their relationship status to ‘engaged’ and their reps are refusing to comment. Is this true or a stunt to deflect attention from the tape? (which has been bought by an online company and will be making the rounds soon.) We will keep you updated.
