Taylor Lautner is confirmed as a presenter for The Golden Globes award ceremony. The Twilight star joins Josh Brolin, Alexander Skarsgard, Cher, Jodie Foster, Chace Crawford, Christina Aguilera, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Aniston, Halle Berry, Matthew Fox, Neil Patrick Harris and lots more for the broadcast on Sunday January 17th at 8pm on NBC.

Max Steel has just gotten a lot cooler. Variety.com is reporting that Taylor Lautner has just signed with Paramount Pictures to star in the live action movie based on the Mattel action figure. Lautner will play the extreme sports star turned teen superhero recruited by a super secret agency to fight crime. No director or start date is set as the script is still being written.

Are you ready to see Lautner as someone other than shapeshifter/werewolf Jacob Black?

Showing off the incredible body he got from some serious hard work to keep his role as Jacob Black in The Twilight Saga movies, Taylor Lautner covers the December issue of Men’s Health Magazine. His transformation and keeping the pivotal role of the popular teen movie franchise is the kind of story Hollywood loves. As for Lautner, he’s already looking ahead to the next installments to be filmed:

“My character continues to grow, so I’d like to pack on at least a few more lean pounds,” he says.

Lautner has become the hottest teen actor around and everyone is talking about his body. Check out this issue when it hits newsstands.

Taylor Lautner is in demand to sell magazines and Rolling Stone is not immune to the seventeen year old’s charm. This shoot took place on the beach near Los Angeles Thursday afternoon for an upcoming issue. The actor still has his Jacob/Quileute tattoo on his arm.

The Twilight Saga: New Moon star is currently filming the third installment, Eclipse up in Vancouver Canada.

Taylor Lautner is in the Italian men’s magazine L’Uomo Vogue showing off his muscles and getting wet. There isn’t much more to say except enjoy these two new pics of our favorite teen shapeshifter/werewolf. Everyone is looking forward to watching him as Jacob Black in November when The Twilight Saga: New Moon hits theaters.

Chaske Spencer is in Vancouver filming ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ right now but before heading out to start work as Sam Uley again, he sat down with RadarOnline and let it spill how he has a bit of a rivalry with Robert Pattinson in the gym.

Radar: You said that you like that the vampire is the cool skinny guy. Rob is basically the only guy in the show that isn’t working out in between scenes because he’s not buffing up, right?
Spencer: No, actually he was training with us.

Radar: Did he go to Wolf Camp?
Spencer: No, he did Vampire Camp!  I don’t know what his workout regimen was but he would show up before or after us because we were on two different shooting schedules during New Moon and most of the vampires, I met them for dinner once but then boom, we all went our separate ways to work. I would hear the trainer say oh Rob lifted this much weight, and I’d say really?

Radar: Would you want to lift more than Rob?
Spencer: Yes! There was this competition one day we went into the gym, we have this rowing machine and I really busted my ass and I got a high record on it and I was like, yeah, beat that! Because the wolves are really competitive with each other in the gym. Then the next day I came in and Rob beat me by four seconds! Then filming was done and I never got to go back and try to up that.

Spencer also said that the whole cast is friendly and relaxed in between filming. Stay tuned for Radar’s part 2 interview…

Blush Boutique Nightclub at the Wynn Resort Casino in Las Vegas held a bash for Primp Clothing where Brandi Cyrus and Chaske Spencer were on hand to celebrate. Cyrus was there with her Frank and Derol bandmate, Codi Caraco. The trio hung out and posed for pics at the Post Magic Bash. Cyrus, Caraco & Spencer, (who is Sam Uley in the upcoming Twilight installments, New Moon and Eclipse) were there supporting designer Wells Butler as Primp Clothing premiered it’s spring line during Magic Week in Vegas.

New pictures are surfacing of Kristen Stewart and her co-star Billy Burke (who plays her dad, Chief Swan) as they film the graduation scene in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. This is the pivotal point in the books where Bella (Stewart) figures out that Victoria (now played by Bryce Dallas Howard) is the one behind the newborn vampire army and is aiming for her. In the book, Edward and Alice Cullen (Robert Pattinson and Ashley Greene) are also part of the ceremonies. As of yet no photos of Pattinson or Greene working this scene. I hope we get to see a shot or two of Edward (Robert) in the back of Chief Swan’s squad car - funny!

Kristen is back with her Bella-length hair. The actress needed extentions after she cut her hair for her film The Runaways (with Dakota Fanning) where she portrayed Joan Jett. I kinda miss her mullet-y ‘do. It really did look good on her.

Glamour Magazine has four of the actresses from ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon’ in their upcoming September issue and gives you tips on how to look as beautiful and alluring as they do. Is ‘New Moon’ getting seriously steamy or what? First Taylor Lautner got crazy hot muscles for his part as Jacob, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart togetherness rumors are rampant and now there is a nude scene! Deviating totally from the book, Jamie Campbell Bower says that a scene has been added with himself, Michael Sheen and Christopher Heyerdahl (Caius, Marcus and Aro Volturi) sitting in a bathhouse, nude.

Peter Facinelli’s character, Carlisle Cullen, used to hang out with the Volturi back in the day, so the scene shows Carlisle meeting up with Aro, Caius and Marcus, only to find them relaxing in a bathhouse.

“It’s a full-body shot, and then Peter comes in, and it all gets a bit awkward,” Jamie explains. “[Carlisle] is clothed completely. They’re bathing in sort of a Roman bath kind of thing.”

Well that will certainly get everyone’s attention!

Surprising news today as Summit Entertainment announced it will replace Rachelle Lefevre as the meanie Victoria in the third film ‘Twilight Saga: Eclipse.’ In comes Bryce Dallas Howard as the newest redhead to menace damsel in distress Bella, played by Kristen Stewart. Adding fuel to the gossip fire is the reason Summit has publicly announced - conflict of schedules. Lefevre is stunned by that response and had this to say:

“I am hurt deeply by Summit’s surprising decision to move on without me,” she says.

Summit said the actress was leaving because of a scheduling conflict with her upcoming film Barney’s Version, which begins filming the same day as Eclipse.

But Lefevre says her commitment to the indie film was only less than two weeks. “Given the length of filming for Eclipse, never did I fathom I would lose the role over a 10 day overlap.”

No contract disputes that anyone is owning up to, this makes this recasting of the role very suspect. I find it hard to believe that Lefevre and Summit couldn’t have worked this out - I believe Jackson Rathbone was working on ‘The Last Airbender’ with M. Night Shyamalan while ‘New Moon’ filmed.

Now, note the connection - six degrees of Hollywood - Rachelle Lefevre stars with Jackson Rathbone (in ‘Twilight’ and ‘New Moon’) who worked with M. Night Shyamalan in ‘The Last Airbender’ who directed Bryce Dallas Howard in ‘The Village’ who replaces Lefevre in ‘Eclipse.’

Taylor Lautner - good thing you got muscular quick - Summit appears to have no problem with continuity of actors between films. Robert Pattinson will have another actress to snarl at when ‘Eclipse’ starts filming in August.
