23 year-old Shay Mitchell looked super hot in this pretty little blue dress on the red carpet of the QVC Red Carpet Style Pre-Oscar Party held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles, California on Friday night (February 25)- more pictures below.
Shay is gorgeous! I love the look and the red hot lipstick. The “Pretty Little Liars” actress posed with actor Sebastian Stan, the ex-boyfriend of “Gossip Girl” star Leighton Meester, for the photographers (pic below). They would make a cute couple, right?
