According to a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Taylor Swift is many things, but a “clingy, insane, desperate girlfriend” is not one of them.

HahahahahahAHAHAHAHHAhahahahahah!  Good one Tay-Tay!

In the ‘zine, Taylor reveals,

If you want some big revelation, since 2010 I have dated exactly two people… The fact that there are slide shows of a dozen guys that I either hugged on a red carpet or met for lunch or wrote a song with… it’s just kind of ridiculous.

When asked if she believes as comes off as being a bit boy crazy, the 23-year-old singer replied,

For a female to write about her feelings, and then be portrayed as some clingy, insane, desperate girlfriend in need of making you marry her and have kids with her, I think that’s taking something that potentially should be celebrated — a woman writing about her feelings in a confessional way –that’s taking it and turning it and twisting it into something that is frankly a little sexist.

Yeah maybe.  But it’s one thing to talk about your hopes and dreams and another to buy up real estate next door to the last two guys you dated.

People say that about me, that I apparently buy houses near every boy I like — that’s a thing that I apparently do… If I like you I will apparently buy up the real estate market just to freak you out so you leave me.

One of these things I say to myself to calm myself down when I feel like it’s all too much . . . If there’s a pregnancy rumor, people will find out it’s not true when you wind up not being pregnant, like nine months from now, and if there’s a house rumor, they’ll find out it’s not true when you are actively not ever spotted at that house.

Well, Taylor you did happen to drop over $4 million on a house next door to Conor Kennedy over the summer…

It was like a house-flip… A good short-term investment.

In a recent interview with the New York Times, country phenom Taylor Swift admitted that she doesn’t always keep her word when it comes to penning songs about ex-boyfriends.

Of course I was like, ‘Oh, don’t worry, I won’t.’ And then I did…

Wow Taylor.  You’re really doing everything you can to shake that goodie-two-shoes image of yours, huh?  Not cool!

The 22-year-old singer went on to add:

Look, it’s not like it was written somewhere in the fine print that I write songs about my life. If we break up, I’m going to write about it… But I’m probably also going to write about when I fell in love with you. So there’s an upside.

Sounds to us like someone is getting a little too big for her cowgirl boots.  Although Taylor never reveals the true identity of the men who inspire her songs, her romances are public enough that it’s never too hard to figure out – and despite what she may think, her discretion isn’t doing these guys any favors.

I don’t talk about who it is specifically because these are real people. You try to give insight as to where you were coming from as a writer without completely throwing somebody under the bus.

“Completely” being the key word here.  Taylor prefers to just “kinda” throw them under the bus.

Okay, we know we’re being a little harsh here.  Of course Taylor can write songs about whatever or whoever she wants, but when you give a guy your word that your won’t publicly trash him in a hit radio single?  Well, we think you should honor that promise.

After a string of failed high-profile relationships (e.g. John Mayer, Conor Kennedy, Jake Gyllenhal, and Taylor Lautner) country superstar Taylor Swift has had just about enough of the Hollywood eye candy, but according to friends, the 22-year-old’s attempt to find a “normal” relationship haven’t exactly worked out either.

Apparently, Tay-Tay tried to date a local college student living in Nashville, but things didn’t go quite like she’d hoped.  According to sources, the boyfriend’s friends started creeping on her fame a little too much and that was a huge turn-off for the singer.

A couple of his friends started texting her and trying to hang out. It got weird…

However, although the relationship didn’t have much longevity,

Her friends were proud of her for trying to date a normal dude… And trying to be part of the local college scene like someone her age would be doing.

Another source added,

All Taylor wants is to be loved… She’s a prisoner of her work. It takes up all of her time…  She overworks relationships. She puts so much pressure on them, it ultimately kills the deal. Then she’s baffled as to why it didn’t work.

Oh the hardships of being famous and adored by millions…

Only a week after splitting with boyfriend Conor Kennedy, it looks like country music sweetheart Taylor Swift has already moved on to another fella!

Sources report that Tay Tay and British singer Ed Sheeran have been making googly eyes at each other ever since Ed nabbed the opening slot on Taylor’s upcoming “RED” tour.  The 21-year-old even reportedly got the word “RED” inked on his arm to commemorate joining his first major tour.

Yeah, this is a pretty big deal for you Ed, but a tattoo?  Isn’t that a little, well, permanent?

We all know how long a typical relationship with Taylor lasts…

In the November issue of Glamour Magazine, country star Taylor Swift opens up about her latest album, her friendships with A-listers Selena Gomez and Emma Stone and even -gasp- her ex-BF John Mayer!

When asked about the importance of maintaining relationships with her girlfriends, while living her life in the spotlight, the 22-year-old had this to say:

They are so important in my life right now. I’m the kind of girl who needs to tell her friends everything. I’ve developed this really close-knit group of girls. Two of my close friends are bandmates. My other close friends are Ashley, Claire, Diana, Emma [Stone], and Selena [Gomez]… I met Emma when I was 17, and I met Selena when I was 18. So they’ve experienced all of this [fame] with me, and they’ve also experienced their own amazing success, and somehow through all of it, we’ve stayed close.

But her relationship with her gal pals wasn’t the only thing Tay-Tay was dishing about.  The soon-to-be Mrs. Kennedy (oops, did we just say that?) revealed that she thought John Mayer’s outrage over her tune “Dear John” was “presumptuous”.

 I never disclose who my songs are about.

But while Taylor certainly didn’t mind calling out her ex, she didn’t reveal much about her current beau Conor Kennedy, saying only:

I don’t talk about my personal life in great detail. I write about it in my songs, and I feel like you can share enough about your life in your music to let people know what you’re going through.

Taylor’s new album “Red”, hits stores October 22nd!

In a recent interview with Marie Cliare, country superstar Taylor Swift reveals that, despite her string of failed relationships, she is and always will be a hopeless romantic.

Even after [a relationship] explodes into a million pieces and burns down and you’re standing in a pile of the ash of what it once was thinking, ‘Why did I have to meet this person, why did this have to happen?’

But then, when you make eye contact with someone across the room and it clicks and, bam, you’re there. In love again…

Because after all, if she didn’t fall in and out of love with the turn of the seasons, what on earth would she write hit country songs about?

When asked, point blank during the interview if the she believes that she falls in love “easily”, the leggy blonde answered simply:

Not if it’s the wrong person, yes if it’s the right person.

Is that right person current beau Conor Kennedy?  Only time will tell!

We’ve been saying for weeks now that Taylor Swift and her 18-year-old BF Conor Kennedy are rushing things in the romance department, and it looks like those closest to them are finally starting to agree.

We knew they’d come around eventually!

According to one source close to the couple,

No one in Hyannis Port would be surprised if they eloped…

Apparently, Taylor recently left the Cape and headed back to her home in Nashville, but missed her beau so much that she sent a private plane to pick him up!

He’s been with her ever since, and his family doesn’t know when he will be back…

But while this may be a strange turn of events for Conor’s camp, one of Taylor’s friends revealed that this sort of behavior is not atypical for the 22-year-old songstress,

She always falls very hard and becomes very intense very quickly, and this time is no exception. In fact she seems to have fallen even harder.

Yowza!  We don’t know what to think.  All we know is, if they are planning on getting married,they better not expect their wedding to be free of unwanted guests… if you know what we mean!

Holy getting serious Batman!  She’s introducing him to her parents!

Country music superstar Taylor Swift may have only been dating current beau Conor Kennedy for a few weeks now, but that hasn’t stopped the 22-year-old from taking her hunka-hunka man candy home to meet her folks!

According to reports, T-Sweezy took Conor home to Nashville, TN (where she owns a cozy little $2.5 million home) to meet her parents Scott and Andrea and show him around The Music City.

Seems pretty serious when just last week, an insider close to the couple was confirming that,

Taylor is officially dating Conor Kennedy… She is pretty head over heels… It’s really puppy love right now.

It’s all moving a bit fast for us, but hey, Taylor’s never been one to be overly cautious with her love life!

Congrats to these two pups in love!

Taylor Swift, otherwise known as the reigning princess of country music, hasn’t always been lucky in love (Jake Gyllenhaal, John Mayer, Joe Jonas, Taylor Lautner, some guy named Drew - the list goes on and on…) but now it seems the 22-year-old singer has finally met her match!

As GossipTeen previously reported, Taylor and Conor Kennedy were spotted cozying up in Hyannis Port, MA over the weekend, where they shared a romantic walk on the beach and a sailboat ride with friends.  Now, photos are surfacing of the two doing even more date-ish activities together, and we’ve got to say, they look like they’ve got this “couple” thing down!

According to eyewitnesses, Taylor and Conor were adorable together as they walked around the seaside town,

He found her a seat. It was very sweet… She was laughing and talked with a lot of little kids.

Too cute!  We sure hope this summer romance doesn’t fizzle!  Oh and P.S. – apparently Conor’s 83-year-old grandmother Ethel Kennedy was the matchmaker who got these two together!  Adorable!

Country music sweetheart Taylor Swift, who’s been known to date much older men (i.e. Jake Gyllenhall and John Mayer) is now doing some serious cradle-robbing of her own!

The 22-year-old singer was spotted getting ‘touchy-feely’ with Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s 18-year-old son Conor Kennedy in Hyannis Port, MA over the weekend.

According to reports, Swift arrived at the Kennedy Compound at around 5pm on Saturday evening and had a perfectly innocent and fun-filled evening of trampoline jumping and a romantic walk on the beach (complete with hand-holding!).  The following morning, she and Conor went sailing and then headed to church together.

We just have to say, that we absolutely love this to death!  Taylor needs a nice, sweet boy in her life – for once we want to hear a happy love song!
