Written by Violet on March 27, 2011 – 8:15 pm -Josh Hutcherson has joined Avan Jogia in the Straight But Not Narrow campaign, aimed at heterosexual guys.
The social awareness group challenges conventional thinking and works to combat bullying by simply asking: Why does it matter?
From the Facebook page:
Dudes.
Talking to dudes.
About dudes.
Who like dudes.
To get all the young, straight people out there to say…. “Oh, you’re gay? That’s cool. Whatever.”

Dianna Agron At TokiDoki Relief Run For Japan
Written by Violet on March 27, 2011 – 3:58 pm -Dianna Agron was among the celebrities who came out for a good cause and a healthy run.
Josh Duhamel’s Tokidoki Relief Run for Japan in Santa Monica brought good will and hopefully a lot of donations for the survivors of the devastating earthquake and subsequent tsunami that hit Japan earlier this month.
The Glee star and her I Am Number Four costar Teresa Palmer ran the 2 mile course that coincided on an important day for Duhamel to remember – his wife, Fergie’s birthday!
Photos of Dianna and Teresa are below. Read more »

Justin Bieber ‘Animals Can Make U Smile’ For PETA
Written by Violet on January 21, 2011 – 8:00 am -Justin Bieber is getting the word out about adopting instead of buying your next pet in an ad from PETA. The campaign features Bieber with the tag “Animals Can Make U Smile,” and the teen appears in a PSA promoting adoption over breeders and pet stores.
“I really encourage going out to an animal shelter or a place where you can get a dog that has been abandoned or doesn’t have a home,” explains Justin. “My Dad and I used to go and hang out (at shelters) just go and visit the different animals and stuff.”
Animal shelters around the country are overflowing with lovable pets who don’t get adopted but instead end up euthanized.
Now if we can only encourage Ashley Greene and Joe Jonas to stop buying from breeders.
See the public service video below where Justin talks about his own adopted dog!
