Striking in a bold shade of blue, Blake Lively skipped the red carpet but did present at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles at the Gibson Amphitheater on Sunday.

The 25 year-old Gossip Girl actress chose a Michael Kors dress is a brilliant bluejay color and had small sheer panels just under her shoulders for a quick peek of skin.

Lively was a presenter for Best Kiss Award with her costar from The Green Lantern, Ryan Reynolds.

The pair were introduced by host Jason Sudeikis who poked a little fun at Lively saying “someone we believe is the real Blake Lively, though she won’t confirm it,” referencing her nude photo scandal and the denials it’s her in the intimate snaps.

U.S. Vogue editor Anna Wintour loves Blake Lively, so much that she has declared Lively Vogue’s Best Dressed of 2010. The Green Lantern actress gets the cover of the Limited Edition magazine on the news stands now and is dubbed “The Bombshell,” by the editorial staff of the influential fashion magazine.

Blake Lively is joining the superhero flick The Green Lantern. The Gossip Girl star will play Carol Ferris, girlfriend/love interest of Hal Jordan and his hero alter ego played by Ryan Reynolds. Shooting is scheduled to begin in March in Louisiana and the comic book inspired flick should be in theaters in June 2011.
