The 2011 Teen Choice Awards celebrates the best of the year in the teen Universe. Not surprisingly, “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” leads the pack with twelve nominations, followed by “GLEE” with nine and “The Vampire Diaries” with seven nods. BFFs, Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift, also scored six nominations each.

SHOCKER: Teen Choice has apparently “banned” ABC Family’s “Pretty Little Liars” since they have received ZERO nominations. WHAT? Seriously?? PLL is Hitchcock for teens. That’s not fair… even “Teen Wolf” is nominated for something!

The Teen Choice Awards winners will be announced during a two-hour ceremony on FOX on Sunday, August 7, 2011. You can VOTE at TeenChoiceAwards.com.

Off screen, their friendship is as tight as ever so it was no surprise that Kristen Stewart hung with Taylor Lautner at the LA Film Festival screening of A Better Life at the Regal Cinemas on June 21st.

The Twilight costars hit the red carpet to support New Moon filmmaker, Chris Weitz’ latest effort and show some love to their former director.

KStew was super relaxed in skinny jeans, a tee and high heels and Taylor opted for a black vest with his dark pants and button down shirt.

Weitz told reporters he was grateful that Stewart and Lautner came out to the event.

“They know that if they come out for something like this they are going to be screamed at and torn at,” he said. “For them to do that for me, and to run the gauntlet, it really touches me.”

“Breaking Dawn” gets a special double cover for the upcoming issue of Entertainment Weekly with the Twilight trinity. Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen) and Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan) pose in a romantic way, while Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black) offers the “matador” look on his own cover.

In the interview with Entertainment Weekly, Kristen revealed the wedding scenes were pretty intense and emotional from her point of view. That is when fiction and reality become one. Kristen “marries” Rob. Wouldn’t she love if it was all real.

Kristen said, “It’s funny because when [the PG-13 issue] comes up, everybody thinks it’s all about the sex. The birth is really effective, and I’ve heard it really hits you in the face. But what it could have been? It could have been shocking and grotesque, because that’s how it was written in the book.” She sighs: “I would have loved to have been puking up blood.”

The 19 year-old teen werewolf, who becomes an action hero in his new movie “Abduction” (watch trailer here), confessed that he also suffered a lot while filming the Twilight movies. Why? Taylor complains he is the only one who has to be shirtless all the time.

Taylor said, “Everybody is always complaining to me that I don’t have to wear the contacts, I don’t have to wear the white makeup or wear wigs and all that stuff. And I’m like, ‘I’m the one in the freezing rain and cold not wearing a shirt! I paid my dues in New Moon and Eclipse.’”

Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon grace this week’s cover of EW magazine and wow! do they look great – especially Rob!

The Twilight star says he’s ready to be able to live a more normal life once the vampire film franchise ends.

“It’s funny how it’s ending in 2012. This is how the world will end. But, um, I don’t know. I think most of people’s recognition is based on the magazines and stuff. All the gossip stories won’t work— they’re always combined with Twilight, so once that’s done and it can’t be combined with the promotion of the film, I think it will end. Because I have an obscenely boring life.”

But there is one thing in particular he really hates – those contact lenses!

“My God, I’ll be glad to see the last of those,” Pattinson says. “I actually want to get some kind of plastic explosive. I want to reanimate them into something so I can kill them. It’s so embarrassing for me — after so many years, it’s still a process every single morning. Everybody else has figured out how to do it, and then there’s two people holding me down because I can’t do it myself.”

In Water For Elephants, no contacts were involved for the 24 year-old but he did have a very romanticized vision of hoping on trains, joining a travelling circus and seeing America like his character does.

“I liked the aspect of living on a train,” the English actor says. “Just that whole frontier thing. It seems to me the definition of America.”

Water for Elephants is based on the novel by Sarah Gruen and will open in theaters on April 22nd.

This is the end for Edward Cullen and Bella Swan! Twilight stars, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, have broken up again because the heartthrob cannot handle his girlfriend’s jealous tantrums, according to Life&Style.

Oh.My.Cuteness! Actress/model Mackenzie Foy is set to play Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) and Edward Cullen’s (Robert Pattinson) half-human/half-vampire daughter, Renesmee, who also ends up being teen werewolf Jacob Black’s (Taylor Lautner) soul mate, in “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn”.

The first official image of Renesmee has been released (picture above) and she couldn’t be more perfect. The 10 year-old actress is exactly how I imagined Renesmee should look like – a cute little angel! What do you think? Can you imagine anyone else in the Twilight’s miracle baby’s shoes?

Actor Robert Pattinson, who plays heartthrob vampire Edward Cullen in The Twilight Saga, claims that filming steamy sex scenes with his co-star Kristen Stewart was really awkward, comparing the experience to a game of Twister. LOL.

“It’s always awkward, in a way, if you’re doing it with anybody,” Robert says. “It really depends on how it’s staged and stuff. It’s like doing Twister.” (watch video below)

In the first official picture from the upcoming movie “Breaking Dawn”, Kristen and Robert are seen totally naked sharing a sweet, tender and romantic embrace in bed. When asked about the image (above), Robert said, “I love how they release that for the first one. Just give it all away, you know?”

I’m guessing Robert isn’t particularly happy with the chosen picture. As for how he describes that moment, Rob claims, “I think I’m sniffing.”

The Art of Elysium’s 4th Annual Black Tie “Heaven” Charity Gala 2011 was held Saturday evening in Los Angeles at the California Science Center and actress Anna Kendrick was on hand.

Kendrick wore a Romona Kevenza dress from the Spring 2011 collection. The navy strapless cocktail length dress with soft pleated neckline was a fantastic choice for Kendrick.

Besides being in Twilight: Breaking Dawn later this year, Kendrick will star with Joseph Gordon-Levitt in the September 23rd release Live With It.

Bill Condon is so shrewd and I love him for it!

The director of The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn is slipping another bit of Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella (Kristen Stewart) goodness our way. The honeymoon photo of the two hot and sexy young costars has popped up online. Pattinson and Stewart are embracing in bed in married bliss in the still.

Condon told EW:

“I spent a tremendous amount of time thinking about it. The anticipation is part of it and you want to play with what people expect and maybe subvert it a little and surprise them.”

Edward Cullen (Robert) and Bella Swan (Kristen) are newlyweds enjoying their sweet and romantic honeymoon in these scenes. It’s really not hard to believe the two are truly in love when the two actors have such an incredible chemistry.

Robert and Kristen have reportedly been spending a lot of time together between takes and on and off the set. According to an insider, the movie(s) will have more hot, sensual and steamy scenes between Bella and Edward than what is included in the book. HOT!
