Justin Bieber is getting the word out about adopting instead of buying your next pet in an ad from PETA. The campaign features Bieber with the tag “Animals Can Make U Smile,”  and the teen appears in a PSA promoting adoption over breeders and pet stores.

“I really encourage going out to an animal shelter or a place where you can get a dog that has been abandoned or doesn’t have a home,” explains Justin. “My Dad and I used to go and hang out (at shelters) just go and visit the different animals and stuff.”

Animal shelters around the country are overflowing with lovable pets who don’t get adopted but instead end up euthanized.

Now if we can only encourage Ashley Greene and Joe Jonas to stop buying from breeders.

Superstar Justin Bieber just release the full official music video for “U Smile” (see FULL video below), which is dedicated to all his loyal female fans who dream of one day meeting the teen sensation. Super sweet and super corny, but Beliebers love it!

The 16 year-old explained the concept of “U Smile” on Twitter:

Justin tweeted, “so the U SMILE video is almost here…and here is the concept… …every interview every show I get asked would i date a fan….well as a SINGLE guy…yes single…the answer is… …yes…i would date whoever i fell for. and that could be a fan. so the video is that story…”

“…the video is i meet as she is a fan…and i fall for her. i fall 4 her smile…it is the story of me and her..and she represents all of u. so when u watch tonight think that could be us when u smile i smile. enjoy. hope u like it. #USMILE. that was kinda corny…but honest. haha. it’s cool…it’s cool. im tight. lol”

Teen superstar Justin Bieber will premiere is new music video for “U Smile” at 7/6c on E! News on Thursday (September 30). GossipTeen has a preview of JBieber below the fold. Check it out. .

The music video shows Justin being followed by a group of crazy female fans (just another day in Bieber’s life!), when one girl catches his eye and he instantly falls in love. Justin said he wanted to give their fans something to dream about… however, Justin’s heart is allegedly currently owned by Jasmine Villegas.

The most popular 16 year-old on the planet, Justin Bieber, took over the Idol stage to perform two of his biggest hits “U Smile” and “Baby” out of his album “My World 2.0” during the American Idol results show on Wednesday (May 19). Justin rocked it!

Teen superstar Justin Bieber rocked the Saturday Night Live with energetic performance of “Baby” and “U Smile” on Saturday (April 10) – watch videos below. The 16 year-old did an incredible job and he didn’t seem to be nervous about performing live on national TV at all.

We HEART Justin! We love both performances but Justin may want to find dancers that do not look like his older brothers. I dunno. It kind of looks awkward. The dancers were kind of distracting too. Justin also did an amazing job starring in a couple of sketches with host Tina Fey (WATCH VIDEOS HERE).
