Actress Vanessa Hudgens confirmed she and her former High School Musical co-star, Zac Efron, are officially engaged to be married but don’t expect them to set a date any time soon because they are so busy with their careers.

“We haven’t set a date and if we did we’d keep it secret for as long as possible,” Vanessa says. “Why? What if one of us was offered a major film part? Then we’d have to postpone our marriage and people would say we’d split up. And we don’t want that.”

The bride to be adds: “Zac likes me in bright red lipstick. I am his one true vamp!”

These two must really love each other. They have been dating forever and their relationship survived two nude photos scandal… yep, they are solid!

Actress Vanessa Hudgens is reportedly to mad about her boyfriend Zac Efron proclaiming he doesn’t want to get married until he is at least 40 that she decided to make him jealous. Vanessa is going to start dating other people if Zac doesn’t pop the question soon.

A The National Enquirer source said: “When Vanessa heard about Zac’s plan to stay single for the next couple of decades she was shocked and shattered. She’d secretly hoped for an engagement ring within the next year or two!”

“Zac’s totally upset – he doesn’t want Vanessa dating anyone else,” the spy adds. “Even though he’s not ready to commit himself to settling down at this stage of his young life, the thought of Vanessa in another man’s arms drives him crazy.”

You can’t blame the girl for putting a little pressure on her man, especially when he is so immature. I’m just not sure if starting to date other people is a good idea… what if Zac finds a better girl for himself and totally dumps her?

She would still have dumped him first… that is just too complicated! Vanessa, better not play mind games because you might end up losing him for good!
