Actress Victoria Justice looked absolutely stunning in a short green dress and super hot shoes on the orange carpet of the 23rd Annual Kids’ Choice Awards held at the UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles on Saturday (March 27).

The show produced by Dan Schneider premieres on Saturday, March 27th right after the 2010 Kids’ Choice Awards.
