Everybody’s favorite High School Musical heartthrob Zac Efron made an appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night to talk about his career post-Disney and how he recently went over to Tom Cruise’s house for motorcycle riding lessons.

Wait, what!?

Yes, you heard it right – at a party attended by both Zefron and Cruise, the Top Gun star inquired as to whether our boy Zac was a motorcycle man and then offered to give him private lessons at his home.  Because that’s just the kind of thing that happens in Hollywood.  If I want to take motorcycle lessons, I have to drive to the city municipal building, sign up for a class, pay a fee and then give up eight hours on a Saturday to weave my way through plastic traffic cones – not so for the rich and famous.

Of course, Zac accepted Cruise’s generous offer and went to the oft-controversial star’s house for two hours of private lessons.  The 24-year-old described his first attempt at motorcycle riding as “mediocre”, but we know better – that kid as anything but mediocre.

Shut the front door!

Rumor has it that High School Musical hottie Zac Efron is dating Scream 4 star Emma Roberts.  Sorry ladies, I guess he’s back off the market, yet again.

According to a source, the pair was seen “full on making out” at an after-hours Halloween party hosted by former N*SYNC-er Lance Bass on October 30th.

Zac and Emma both wound up at Lance’s party, and before the night was over, they were all over each other… They took each other’s numbers.

Wait…wait… did you hear that?  That’s the sound of teenage girls’ hearts breaking all over the world.

Way to crush their dreams, Emma.

The creators of Despicable Me are at it again – this time bringing to life one of Dr. Seuss’s classics, The Lorax.  Color me excited.

But who could they have they cast to voice the adorable lead, a precocious 12-year-old boy in search of the perfect thing to win over the love of his life?  Why none other than the most adorablest of them all… Zac Efron.

I am so happy about this I could just cry.

Zefron teams up with Taylor Swift and Danny DeVito to bring this beloved children’s book to life, and I for one, cannot get my hands on tickets fast enough.  Although, I suppose I will have to wait for the Spring 2012 released date, just like the rest of you.  Boo.

High School Musical hottie, Zac Eron channelled his inner police officer last night when he dressed up as Lieutenant Jim Dangle from the TV series Reno 911 to get down with his bad self on All Hallows Eve.

Zefron celebrated the spookiest night of the year with two of his bffs (a.k.a two girls that would probably be willing to do anything to change that “b” to a “g”, if you know what I mean) Aly and AJ Michalka.

Zac did an outstanding job with his costume – right down to the uber short, uber tight, police issued, khaki shorts.

Well done Zac old boy, well done.

Actor Zac Efron looked handsome as ever while celebrating his 24th birthday with friends in London last night.

How do you say “Happy Birthday” in British?

The happily single actor, whose actually birthday was October 18th, kicked his 24th year off right by partying the night away at The Box nightclub with pals until the wee hours of the morning.

Efron, who recently signed up to star in an unnamed R-rated comedy opposite Seth Rogan, has been MIA from the Hollywood scene lately, but will hopefully reappear now that he’s slated to appear in another film.

Rogan spoke with MTV regarding why he’s surprisingly excited to be costarring with Efron in his latest project.

He was really looking to be sullied, which is why we thought it would be a good idea… I’ve met him a few times over the years and the first thing you get from him is that he knows that a guy like me would probably hate him, and he works directly to counteract that feeling, which shows an amount of self awareness that is not prevalent among many young stars these days that I’ve met at award shows recently. And I think that’s why I thought it would be really funny, he seemed like he was a really cool guy, that he’d be fun to work with and seemed that he was capable of much more than the Disney stuff we’ve seen him in.

Former High School Musical star, Zac Efron, who is still single after breaking up with his longtime girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens, is one of the hotties in People’s Most Beautiful list for 2011.

The 23 year-old actor, who was also named one of the Most Amazing Bodies by People Magazine last year, is not a superficial guy like most people think he is. Zac believes the most important is to feel comfortable and enjoy life.

Zac once said, “I think it’s important to remember to live in the moment and enjoy every day to the fullest.”

Zac is currently working extra hard to bulk up and look ripped to play a role of a marine in the upcoming movie, “The Lucky One”, with the help of his trainer Logan Hood.

New Year’s Eve filming in New York City continued this week with Zac Efron giving his costar Michelle Pfeiffer a vespa lift for one scene.

Efron plays a bike messenger and Pfeiffer a corporate secretary in the upcoming rom-com sequel to last year’s star studded Valentine’s Day.

In January at the Golden Globes, the 23 year-old actor told MTV’s Hollywood Crush:

“My scenes are with Michelle Pfeiffer,” Zac said with a grin. “Yeah, not a bad co-star.”

The Lucky One actor has worked with Hollywood legend Pfeiffer before. The two were costars in Hairspray.

Former High School Musical star, Zac Efron, celebrates his 23rd birthday today (Monday, October 18). Zac was born in San Luis Obispo, California in 1987. The actor comes from a middle class family with no ties to showbiz – his father, David Efron, and mother Starla Baskett, both worked at a power plant.

Zac, who has been dating Vanessa Hudgens for five years, started acting and taking singing lessons when he was only 11 years old and is moment of luck happened when his drama teacher Robyn Metchik recommended him to an agent in Los Angeles.

The 23 year-old recently confessed that Titanic actor Leonardo DiCaprio is his role model because he is an incredibly talented and smart actor. Zac wishes he can be as smart as Leo when it comes to his movie choices.

Zac said, “Leo DiCaprio. I used to hate Leonardo because even before Titanic he was on the cover of every teen magazine around and I couldn’t help but be innately jealous of him. I thought: ‘Why are these girls fawning over a kid they’re never going to see in real life? Why is he so special?’ Now I’m getting all that attention. Then I saw Titanic and his next few films, and he turned into my favorite actor. His talent, his choices and the way he handles himself made me a fan. He won me over, also Johnny Depp, because they’re chameleons and they are always different.”

Actor Zac Efron cannot go out without being recognized by fans and paparazzi, but what he secretly desires is some privacy to be with his girlfriend, High School Music co-star Vanessa Hudgens, without being constantly harassed.

The 22 year-old confessed that he even grew a mustache for the paparazzi not to recognize him, which didn’t last for long. Zac and Vanessa are used to that type of attention from the media and the fans and it doesn’t seem to be affecting their relationship.

How do you handle the fame and adulation?
I do sneak around a lot more when I go to the supermarket – it’s kind of ridiculous. I’ve found the best thing to do is try to avoid eye contact at all costs till someone says: ‘Hey, I know who you are. You’re Zac.’ I just try not to draw attention to myself. If people come up to me and say: ‘Hey, you’re that kid that sings and dances, that High School Musical kid,’ I will just say ‘no’ and keep going.

It must be tough having privacy, both for yourself and in your relationship with Vanessa Hudgens.
It can be. But we went to Coachella, the music festival out in the desert, earlier this year and I didn’t want to go as a VIP because that’s weird, I wanted to go and really be part of the festival. So I grew a moustache. We had two great days without being noticed before the paparazzi spotted us on the last day. I can go to a lot of places in Japan where people don’t recognise me, especially if I wear a mask.

Poor Zac! Now we understand why Zac decided to grow that horrible beard.

The 22 year-old actor confessed he and his girl Vanessa are still completely in love with each other and claimed their relationship is better than ever in a recent interview on the red of carpet of “Charlie St. Cloud” UK premiere in London, England.

Zac said, “I’m dating Vanessa, it’s going amazing, it’s great, it’s better than ever. She wishes she was here, London’s her favorite place in the world, she’s super jealous right now and I should probably go call her and tell her that I landed and everything’s good.”

Ah! These two will get married, have beautiful children and live happily ever after. They deserve it. Zanessa rocks!
