Vanessa Hudgens chatted with Access Hollywood Sunday night (March 7th) about her Oscar dreams. The Beastly actress was at the 2010 Vanity Fair Oscar Party and told AH she “can only hope” she gets to take a statuette home one day. Hudgens also shares how excited she is about her upcoming movie Sucker Punch. Check out her interview above.

Actor Zac Efron looks absolutely delicious and slick in his black Calvin Klein suit on the red carpet of the 82nd Annual Academy Awards held at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday (March 7). Surprisingly Zac was not accompanied by his girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens. What happened? We were waiting for them to steal the red carpet like they did last year!

How do Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens keep the flame alive in their relationship?? The High School Musical lovebirds have been dating for more than four years – that is a lifetime by Hollywood standards!

“I’ve failed miserably several times at relationships growing up,” Zac reveals. “It’s not like I’ve got all the right moves!”

But Vanessa and Zac hold the secret for a long lasting relationship… that is regular casual dates like going to the movies or basketball games! Like normal people! Wow! It is THAT easy!

“Hannah Montana” Miley Cyrus and “High School Musical” Zac Efron join Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, who are already on the carefully selected group of presenters for the 82nd Annual Academy Awards ceremony on March 7.

The presence of these four young rising stars serves the purpose of attracting a younger audience while trying to boost ratings for the show. That is a fantastic idea! We are only going to endure the torture of watching the Oscars, if we can see OUR favorites stars there!

Zac Efron will be getting more work both in front of and behind the scenes as he has just signed a first look deal with Warner Brothers studios. The Charlie St. Cloud star will get first opportunity to use or pass on projects the studio purchases for Efron.

“Warner Bros plans to buy pitches, spec scripts, and books for Efron and his still unformed company to develop as star vehicles. His manager, Alchemy Entertainment’s Jason Barrett, will be an exec producer on the projects.”

Zac Efron is spending some time down under and learning to surf - all for a good cause. The Me and Orson star participated in Oakley’s Learn To Ride surf event to benefit the OneSight Foundation: a charitable organization with vision care programs, outreach, education and research. The sessions were held at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia.

Actress Vanessa Hudgens finds herself on Vanity Fair’s “Women To Watch Out for” list in the February issue of the magazine. The Sucker Punch star talks about her love/hate thing with the paparazzi:

“It was like, ‘Oh, my God! No way! So cool.’ The second day it happens, it’s like, Never mind. Maybe it’s not as cool as I thought it’s going to be.”

A self-described shy girl, Hudgens finds herself on the list of hottest actresses for 2010 with Selena Gomez, Lily Collins, Amber Heard, Zoe Kravitz, and Isabel Lucas.

Vanessa Hudgens celebrated her 21st birthday on December 14th while she was in Vancouver filming Sucker Punch. Her longtime boyfriend, Zac Efron, got her a very green and eco-friendly gift: three fruit trees for her backyard. The citrus trio, a lemon, orange and tangerine tree, were planted for her as a surprise when she returned to Los Angeles. Romantic, thoughtful, unique and long lasting - great gift!

High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens is celebrating her 21st birthday with her favorite co-star/longtime boyfriend Zac Efron today!! She is finally old enough to go to a bar and order an old scotch! We kid, we kid! Vanessa only drinks natural, non-alcoholic beverages!

Vanessa was born in Salinas, California on December 14, 1988, and lived all over the West Coast – from Oregon to Southern California – with her parents, Gina, who held a succession of office jobs, and Gregory Hudgens, a firefighter, and a younger sister, Stella Hudgens. Vanessa and her family moved to Los Angeles after she won a role in a television commercial.

In 2003, Vanessa played a minor role in the movie “Thirteen“, where she plays Noel, a friend of Tracy (Evan Rachel Wood’s character). She also landed a role in the 2004 “Thunderbirds” but, unfortunately, the movie was completely unsuccessful. Finally, in late 2005, she landed the role that would change her life as Gabriella Montez in “High School Musical“, opposite to Zac Efron, and the rest is history!!

Singer/actress Miley Cyrus seriously needs some type of reality check because she gets so absolutely boring and obnoxious during her unstoppable ramblings that she goes on to claim to be the coolest person ever and totally awesome too!

When asked if she would act like a bumbling idiot if she ran into Zac Efron here’s what she said: “No I’m pretty cool, I’m pretty much the coolest person ever…just kidding.” Then all serious she added: “I’m pretty much awesome.”

Singer/actress Miley Cyrus may hate everything Twilight-related but she has one not-so-secret crush for High School Musical star Zac Efron. The 17 year old teen star confessed that Zac would be her Sexiest Man Alive.

Miley said, “Um, you know who I like, there’s not many things about me that are, like normal teenage girl. But the one like normal teenage girl thing is that I think Zac Efron is the hottest person in the world… I really, really like him. And it’s weird, I’ve kind of talked about it before and been like, it’s weird because he’s my friend… I could call him and be like, whatever. But…I think also the reason that he is so sexy is because he and Vanessa [Hudgens] have been together since the first ‘High School Musical’ and…I think that’s really cool. Because… Zac could get any girl and… all these girls are always like you know, ‘Zac, Zac, Zac!’ and would do whatever, and he is so loyal and… a really good friend and he’ so still the same and I think he’s just like super good looking.”
